Many older homes in south india used to have open central part of the home and generally this area is kept lower for rain water collection. But I was not sure what the effects of such arrangement.
Mam newly under-construction ghar me brahmathan ka size 9.8 x 19.8 sqft hai. Ghar ka main door and wall brahmsthan ki perimeter me 11 inch tak aa rhe hai. Mam please btaye ki ye sahi hai ya nahi. 🙏🙏
Bramhsthan we need to calculate I'm builtup area or plot area ? Suppose the plot area is 60*60 And built up area is 45*40 then we will calculate bramhsthan for 45*40 or 60*60 ??

No it is not correct. To correct it we will have to see how we can balance it, for that you will have to email me the floor plan of your house on smita@vaastu-shastra.com then we can discuss further
