Many news outlets have already apologized for the fake info and Yoongi himself said on the first day that he fell, police near his house approached him, he was over the alcohol meter thing and was given a fine and his license suspended. Official CCTV shows he was riding a scooter under walking speed in the right lane and fell from a sharp turn
