Who is the composer of this dance, because I would like to ask for their permission if we (FSM students studying in Fiji) could use it for our cultural concert in August of this year (2017). The concert might be televised and so thus I would like to acknowledge the originator of this beautiful Pohnpeian dance if we are granted permission to perform it.
