Hey If we go by jobs and accommodation in my personal opinion Toronto is better as it’s a huge city as compared to Sarnia . If the city is huge that means you will have more options for jobs as well as accommodation and if you prefer to live in Sarnia students sometimes do factory shifts for at least 3 days a week , try to find job in Sarnia just by any chance they find themselves lucky So it depends on which scenario you choose.
