After we got the sad news that Anberlin would be breaking up we both stopped, and said well at least we still have Paper Route! :) Keep making great music guys!

No other band has truly captured so many different kinds of emotions with their music. Seriously, every one of their albums are the kind that you can pop in your cd player and just get lost in the amazing songs from start to finish. Can't wait for the next album! I found these guys on The Rock radio out of Dallas-Fort Worth, and 'Chariots' was the song. Hilltop Hoods, out of Australia has also become a brand new favourite. "Rattling the Keys to the Kingdom" is petty cool.

Well, I came back just before the release of EP 2 (when my musical tastes had grown) and have been kicking myself for ever leaving since. He's the lead singer of Paper Route. He's an artist and it seems that he purposely fiddles around until the lyrics is actually said. I guess, being that I'm an artist, that's how I see it, but who knows! Maybe he was just having a hard time :)
lol I assumed that was the lead singer as I've seen their pictures before. But I can see how it could be used artistically. To me it just seemed like he was having a hard time because if you look at how he was pulling the paper (haha) off, he was reaching across and doing it in an ineffective way. XD I just found it kinda funny.
Zhivago is a boy name in Russia meaning life. To me the song and the video speak of the feeling that life is meaningless. I don't know if you ever read the book of Ecclesiastes but it has the same feel dealing with the vanity of living this life, how all our works seem futile when we are only here for a season and then we are gone. I love how they chose a pile of trash as their scenery as they sang, "look at all the love that I've found" and to me they chose the word Zhivago for a reason so that's what I get out of it and I think its brilliant as other of their songs I only wish I had discovered them when they were still running because its a shame they didn't get the attention they deserved.
