Giuseppe is the most underrated producer in the EDM spectrum, and within the trance genre itself. He should be up there with Paul Van Dyk, Armin, Ferry Corsten, etc. We're witnessing a legend who has many prime years left, in terms of producing and live performances.
Nope! The music he makes ain’t commercial and he doesn’t actually care about anything else but his music .. he is not the only one : Solarstone, JOC, Bryan Kearney, Talla, Benno, JVD, etc. In fact, popular Djs are the worst 🤷🏻♂️
Mass Mam Paul van Dyk and Ferry corsten still produce trance at a high level - far from commercialism. Armin still plays good sets from time to time, but Armin has an established brand and he's using it to promote the genre, don't forget what made him popular. It wasn't pop music that established his brand. None of the DJs/producers are as good as him when it comes to producing and live performances. If you listen to Giuseppe's sets, you can hear that the music is suited for the mainstream crowd, as well as the trance crowd. His sets are incredible and unique. Let's look at Bryan Kearney and JOC. Have seen them both, and have been following them both for a long time. Their sets are extremely dark/techy with some uplifiting. Real tech trance sets aren't meant for a mainstream crowd.
