I find it helpful to create an axis for a pattern of holes that are inclined to horizontal. Meaning, while holes themselves have axes, the connecting lines between a pattern of holes can be created using the command. Something like what I have tried to explain the pattern as below. O O O O
And I usually first pulled the axis of symmetry from the model into the drawing view, and then made a half view with the option disabled to show the axis of symmetry.
