The actress is 40 and Sam is 37 in the show so she isn't that much older. Aside from being a witch but even in other shows like The Vampire diaries you have 200 year old vampires in relationship's with younger people.
I feel like theres a double standard. Because if it was the other way around (ex: an 100 year old male vampire going after a teenage girl) nobody would bat an eye.
