Dativ has two objects- one direct (Accusative) and one indirect (Dativ).
Akkisativ has just one object which is a direct object.

It dipends on your prepositions and verbs. There is some prepositions that you have to memorize that.

amanullah wafa have you figured it out? Technique is, akkusativ is the direct object counterpart in english language. Dativ is indirect object counterpart in english too.

My biggest failure in trying to learn German is not knowing the gender of the noun. So many things in German grammar depend on the noun's gender. Given any noun, is there a way to know its gender? Memorization isn't really feasible for an older adult like myself, because there are too many nouns to memorize them all. Perhaps there is a way to figure it out? Have you made a video to help with this? If so, please provide the link. If not, it would be great if you could make a video to provide us with some guidance. Thank you, Anja. Otherwise, your videos are fantastic. I have learned so much.
