This is a Daily Practice video for early SightSinging Level 1. Singing these brief exercises daily will develop an ear for sound combinations that are key to successful sight singing.
Guys keep going! I know it’s hard but if you need some motivation, I started from 0 with this very video last June, and now I managed to release my first song ever. Never would have I thought to make it, but I believed in myself. And I believe in you too, because if I made it, you can too!! Good luck everyone ❤️
@@kitohnguyai1774 tbh if u done like other vocal practices for about 6 months and then just started this the next day u will actually achieve results no lie bro I was a bad singer so bad like bad bad but I've improved so much in just this small amount of a time ask me anything about vocal lessons thx u💯💯
The moment I was singing Do re mi my mother litteraly sang sa re ga ma 🤣🤣 Internet: What are these girls doing They are irritating me! Also Internet: Ima end dis internet 🤣
If anyone is interested in singing the best results that i've ever had was by using the Bens Singer Blog (just google it) without a doubt the best idea i've tried.
Damm!!! this practice is way different then the daily practice 1. It makes me work my neck muscles very differently. I love the practice hope more are coming.
Look dont use the neck muscles much . To sing efortlessly and to not tire your throat a lot use your diafragm . So breathe in deeply and if u use ur diafragm correctly while singing it will allow a lot of more air to flow into your lungs and there fore you will be able to hold notes for a longer time and not get your throat tired
Nooo you don't need to work your neck muscles. You need to sing from your diaphragm so you don't damage your vocal chords from the neck tension. To sing from your diaphragm you do need correct posture and you need to engage your abdomen. This helps you sustain a note longer, gives you a better sound, and prevents vocal chord injuries 🙏
lil korean queen elizabeth A proper training will only get you 2 weeks to transform from your bad singing habit(I boldly say this because I have experienced it).
Thank you for making these, these are so relaxing for my throat 🤤 its like, when I randomly sing songs for the whole day and if my technique or anything was wrong and my throat starts hurting, I sing these exercises from your channel and it's like a massage for my throat after a long harsh day of work haha😂❤
I'm in a touring show, touring Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Used these as part of my warmup today. Great fun a worked wonders on my morning voice.. (recovering from a Virus). I'll be using more of these. Who ever you are these are GREAT!!!!!
@@weeeeeeee8101 Yes, even my vibrato had improved without even trying to improved it with it, best exercise I have found, it took about a month to notice improvement and two to see my vibrato working better.
For people that didn't know: "AnTiMaTteR23 This channel uses Moveable Do Solfege, so Do is whatever note is the tonic. You are correct that this particular video is in the key of D, making Do the note D. If you are used to fixed Do solfege, where Do=C, Re=D, etc., then I can see how this would be confusing. "
This makes my sound even better, i am so glad to follow this tutorial ! And the background, pink! My fav color. I am also admiring ur voice, so beautiful!❤ I love ur voice, the background, the helpful tutorial. Thx for releasing this!!!❤❤
"There are two types of solfege: Fixed Do and Moveable Do. What you are referring to is Fixed Do. Yes, in that case, Do=C, Re=D, etc. As a chorus teacher in America, we typically use Moveable Do. In Moveable Do, the solfege names match a scale degree. For example, Do is always the tonic note of a major scale, or the 1st scale degree. Re is always the 2nd scale degree. Etc. So, this video is in the key of D major, making Do=D, Re=E, Mi =F#, etc."
I was searching for voacl warm ups and your video cam in recommendations. I decided to check it out and that was by far my best decision. This is so useful and help me a lot for vocals. ❤
Honestly it's just my second day doing these exercises but I enjoy then so much, I love how they have some melody to them instead of just mindless drills
This is so great ... ! Did ...also great... Practice 1 for a few weeks first ... pitch hearing so improved .. harmonies come easily now ... THANKS !!! 🌷🌷🌷
Lmao. I need help doing all these. I'm assuming the notes are shown on the screen while she's singing them? Is that how you sighted people follow along? Lol.
Can I just thank you for you videos🤗😇 I have been singing for years. I have studied with wonderful people it's amazing how people rush the sing process. For some of us it just has to sync in. For real! But great to see this video because even the best singer has to good to the roots of it all. Thank you very kindly for video😍🤗🤗🤗🤗
I do this very specific practice before singing and almost everyday its a great practice been doing it for almost 2 years and right after this practice I do the Zzzzz practice for 5 minutes to loosen my vocal cords and I can song for hours 😁
How does this help with singing? What does it do to you voice by doing this daily? Is there anything to keep in mind while doing these exercises? (Just a few doubts. I love music and singing so I'm trying to improve this year. I'm not bad per say but I want to be better cus I know I'm still lacking)
