One woman I saw, got bellowed at *three* times to let go of the reins, and each time, she went straight back to get hold of the reins once more....ok, she was clearly foreign, but surely she'd have been able to work out what she was doing wrong?

I can guarantee they have all seen these videos and are doing this just for a reaction. They will spoil it for everyone, eventually, wanting a photo because it will, inevitably, be banned to go anywhere near these beautiful WORKING animals. It’s not just tourists that do this.
The sooner they stop people standing beside the guard and horses the better. There should be a barrier to stop them patting the horses.
I can't understand why they feel it necessary to touch these horses, it should be illegal to fo so, some of these poor horses get so stressed, you can see how stressed they are, there should be an exclusion zone for tourists.
