2023 GAC GS3 EMZOOM: Better than the Coolray?

- When GAC Motor Philippines launched the GAC GS3 EMZOOM in July 2023, many were saying the Geely Coolray's days were numbered. Does it really offer a better driving experience than the other Chinese carmaker's best-selling model?

So many triangular sharp lines all round especially the front. Looks more like car from Transformer film. Maybe the designer get ideas from it. If bumper get damage, hard to knock back to original shape, just change into new one. But the car is still striking to the eye, futuristic elements in it. Interior settings design all the same for China made SUV cars. They copy from European design, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Rover, Mercedes Benz and even from Japanese esp. Lexus , so all looks having the same style genes.
Having reviewed both the coolray sport and emzoom r style, which one po ang ma recommend nyo sa amin.. we are planning to buy this month and we value your inputs. Thank you very much.

The car looks nice and the price is reasonable..we all know that this car is a 2024 we cant compare it to a 3 years old vehicle thats been on the market. They should compare it to a new 2024 model as well of coolray to see the differences when it comes to tech and features/quality of the car.. and also maybe down the road the price of emzoom will eventually going to go up since this is their first introduction of this vehicle in the PH market same thing with coolray the price was reasonable but once its gets recognize by many thats when they shift the price up..good marketing and strategy by car manufacturer.. nice review though.
Sure its a 2024 vs a 3 year old coolray but take note geely still has no plans on bringing the new coolray here and some are claiming that it will take around another 2 to 3 years before they bring it over. Add to this the trend of geely with their product pricing and we can probably assume that there will be around a 200k difference in the price at that point.
@@sheenduguil4036 Agree they might take a while before bringing the new coolray on the PH market or maybe who knows they might change their minds and release one sooner than we know also by that time maybe the emzoon will be the same price of the coolray probably more once it get its recognition in the market. We can all agree that its been like that in any brand of course they will come up with reason why the price went up like ford territory as an example. Thats 300K more than the top of the line from the previous model..im not here to argue just pointing that emzoom should compare on the current sub compact that is currently on the same market and year model..☺️

No, easy connect is not comparable to Android Auto. It's horrible xD It only mirrors your phone. You also did not mention auto hold. Drastically helps a lot when driving it in traffic remedy for common issue we get from DCT.

What Coolray killer? Emzooom 174Hp you consider as coolray killer? FYI Coolray having 177Hp
that's just a difference of 3 hp though... and emzoom is more fuel efficient, has adaptive cruise control and other driver assist tools, apple carplay, real roof rails, and is even a bit cheaper too.
