I disagree with the statement, that taking a debt to repurchase shares is a bad thing. In most cases it doesn't do any good, that's true, but in the case of Meta, where the stock has dropped significantly, it's a pretty good idea, since they are basically investing their money into the company at a very low price. That only shows how confident they are in their business and that they are pretty sure, that the company is worth way more that currently is. AMC can do like GME and sell stock into the MOASS and get themselves out of debt.
In order for AMC to sell stock for itself they have to authorize more shares into the market. when the MOASS happens, only the shareholders will profit not AMC .

@Dopamine I wouldn't be surprised if the stock continues to fall if more and more shareholders begin to not like the idea of him possibly devoting a lot more time to Twitter. There are many great stocks currently trading at 52 week lows or even multi year lows so it may not take much for a large investor to start selling TSLA shares to buy another stock they deem just as good or better.
Forget about fundamentals, Wall Street don’t really care. Chart is everything a pro needs!

No question about it is going lower on technicals with shorts piling up. Only a good CPI number could put pressures on shorts for a mini short squeeze. Other than that I can see it below 190 by Friday.
So what the last person said, if tesla is having so many difficulties with acquiring minerals for its batteries, and it’s fundamentals are so bad. Where does that leave Ford and GM? Makes you wonder. This guy knows nothing on the fundamentals of Tesla. Tesla is a great buy at these prices, for a long position.

Technical analysis is the market sentiment, it is not a definer for the stock value. That is what investors rely only on the weak-form efficient markets. Without fundamental and information analysis all of this is just air.

@@mikafiltenborg7572 other ev brands are putting pressure on tesla. it is not ice tesla needs to worry. after the big price cut in oct. tesla only sold about 17k evs in china last month. clearly its value proposition is being questioned by consumers. you guys may still hide behind the china is china argument. but remeber china represent 60% of global ev sales at the moment, and tesla used to dominate this market 12-24 months ago. what happens in china can spread out fast. how many electronics are not chinese brands nowadays? consumers look for biggest bang for the buck, pretty much everywhere and all the time.

Tesla is facing a customer boycott in my opinion. Nobody wants their car to be the image of a RED baseball cap. And over the last 5-days Elon has shown himself to be closely aligned to right wing politics. Perception is reality. IMO, TSLA is heading for some very painful trading. $120 to $150 by year end is my target.
