Hi Smitaji ..... 1) ma'am is it ok if kept overnight in the fridge for marination . 2) Should we add little curd , so that chicken becomes more tender ... 3) I like to cook chicken in its own juice , what if I fry for a minute on high flame and than cook on sim with closed lid , thereafter reduce the juices on high flame keeping it open Please advice , obliged , thank you
