What if we graduated high school and after college we want to become a coach at our old high school, but because of our position we played will people start to not support us. For example I was a kicker, but I want to become a head high school coach one day and I wouldn’t mind having to be offensive or defensive co first. What advice would you give me?

I am currently working on a bachelor's degree in Sports Management.. I already have an associates degree in the same field of study. Once you reach the college level most schools will require a bachelor's degree (doesn't have to be in Sports but it helps). I am currently a high school freshman special teams coordinator and serve as a DB/WR position coach, I am a volunteer coach so this is my way of getting my foot in the door coaching football (mind you I never played football due to my medical history and this is my 1st year as a football coach.) I was hired in January and I have loved it ever since I got the job.
