Sometimes I just don't understand the line up for shows. Thefamilyorchestra is a Lo-Fi Hip Hop group in Atlanta. But on September 24th, 2021 they were on a bill with local bands that were...what?....Progressive/Prog/Metal/Alternative/fill in the blank. They were all good bands, but how does a Hip Hop group fit in here? Turns out this was one of our best shows this year. But this is about the headliner, Upchuck. They are one of Atlanta's best Punk bands. They are raw, angry, in your face and a little scary....which I like. As did the audience that night. It was a night of mosh pits, stage diving, objects thrown at the stage, objects thrown back at the audience and at least one guy thrown off the stage by the guitar player. But let me warn ya, this video, like the show, is loud, distorted, and the vocals are hard to understand. But it's better to see a band like this in their natural habitat than to just hear about them second hand. So, here ya go, Upchuck, in all their glory.
