I'm actually wondering why people hate Andy? I mean he doesn't come off as the ultra nice guy like Mac, but I don't remember him saying anything douchey. I actually liked some of his little speeches.
Christian Heyl I have absolutely no idea why people hate andy. His other band that he's in with his brother, Tonstartssbandht, played in my town a couple weeks ago in the back porch of this really tiny record store and it was so chill. He was just hanging out with everybody and watching the other bands play, sitting in the grass with fans and then inevitably rocking the FUCK out for an hour when Tonstartssbandht went out (seriously one of the best shows I've attended all year). Very very cool dude, it's no wonder he's in Mac's band!
Well considering when I got my shirt signed by Mac at one of his shows and then I asked Andy to sign it and he wrote over my Mac signature on purpose.... I think the guys kind of a dick. He shreds with Mac on stage though😂!!

The crowd just erupted and everyone went nuts! Most amazing thing ive ever seen at a live show.

Just in general more ingenuity in his playing. If you watch Pete play live he doesn't really do much/when he does he just tends to hash on the strings a lot of the time. Andy has a lot of different sounds and when he does it just sounds better than Pete. Plus he can harmonise, which Pete couldn't do.
I love Andy, but Pete was way cooler. He needs to ditch the fucking 12 string and actual play a relevant solo. Pete could actually solo and it sounded right.
