이번에도 일러스트들 중 엘프 일러스트를 보고 아름답다고 생각하던 찰나에 재미있는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 이세계 물에 나오는 이종족들이 실제로 현실에서도 존재한 적이 있는 멸종한 유원인들이란거 아시나요? 거인, 드워프, 엘프, 흡혈귀 죄다 호모 하빌리스 이후 존재한 화석들이 있으며 현대 인류는 엘프와 드워프의 혼혈이라고 봐도 된다고 하더군요. 엘프와 드워프가 네안데르탈인과 에렉투스 계통 유원인이니까요.
