- The plaintiff says he met the defendant through her ex and they became friends, but things got rocky. He’s suing his former friend for breach of contract and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff is a mooch and a cocaine addict. She’s countersuing because she alleges he slashed her tires.
She’s a scammer and thinks she’s smarter than everyone but she told on herself
And that’s a typical narcissistic trait. We all see you and know you’re game. When they get caught they bring up things that are irrelevant to make themselves look better but it doesn’t work!😂
Facts! Best comment!
You can fool some people sometimes but you can’t fool all the people all the time.

One of them lawyers she use to work for may have told her to do that lawyers a lot of the good ones are crooked she talked too much and messed herself up when she said that about her boyfriend's house that how she got caught up 🙄💞

When she said, “Boy bye!” I thought JM was about to flip 👀 😂
I think he let it go because of her appearance. He said something like “Girl stop” to her later and quietly apologized for it. He got too familiar with her.
@@timboslice9905 I agree
See...I had to pause and come down to the comments to see if anybody else caught that! I was shocked when JM laughed it off. I just KNEW he was going to say something (like he usually does). He must be in a GREAT mood!!!

@@timboslice9905 NO I think he called her girl to get back at her for calling him boy. He then said the apology to her to show her this is what you do when you are disrespectful and should apologize for being impertinent. Mathis NEVER says anything unintentionally.
I’m glad the plaintiff kept his calm disposition despite all the lies & defamation of his character by the defendant. He def should’ve just left the courtroom and let her talk to herself at the end 😂
That’s exactly what he should’ve done
That's common with the American female

Well the defendent might be right. Let me explain how. LOOK AT THE DATE AND THE YEAR. She said she paid him back ($750) 1 YEAR LATER.
The incident happen around November 2019. She admit she was wrong on JANUARY 29, 2020 and that she was going to pay him back by FEBRUARY 1 2020, however she did not give him because she never had it at the time.
She then PAY him DECEMBER 3 2020 which would be 1 year (like she said) after the incident happen around November 2019.
@@caswellhector Then she should have pointed that out rather than dwell on the drug use narrative.
That sad how she tried to play him and call him out at the end. He kept it professional and at the end, he told her I hope you feel better about yourself.
She thought calling him a Crack head was going to play in her favor. JM need to start throwing ppl out for defaming someone with no evidence

Many of these friendships seem to be superficial to me. It's great that the plantiff was able to prove his case.

I like him. He seemed so unbothered by her lol. He was chilling the whole case cause he knew he had evidence. Imma have to watch this again
Lol I've rewatched this episode a few times because I'm just so surprised at the audacity she had to continuously lie and to present a fake document to the judge🤯
Come Watch This Episode Again 😉
She tried to bring him down & belittled him so bad at the end. She mad she lost. That’s what she get for lying!
W-O-W She snapped & went completely in full blown rage 🤨
She lost her case and went on attack. I despise people like that. This woman is not accountable for anything. She played the victim in the end and look like a fool
She's not hurting for $750 but wanted To go off for having to pay the man. Girl get a life
I honestly don’t believe the car was stolen.. I believe it was repossessed. Couldn’t pay back $750 and tried to lie about it in court while boasting about knowing the law and that it’s illegal. TUH!! Her entire life is a lie. She’s hiding behind her “assistant” title if ya ask me. She did too much at the end.
I think so too insurance would have replaced the car she lost her job and couldn't pay for it that could happen to anyone no need to lie about on the man she couldn't sale her old car to him she had to give his money back should have tried to do a payment plan with him 💞
Exactly. You buy a Mercedes and you don't have no insurance. All it would have cost her to have her Mercedes replaced was her comprehensive deductible. She took that man's money. And she BROKE!!
Bingo
Yup 😂. Cuz “my car is in the shop” would be too soon 😂😂😂
Girl shut up, he won his case and she got caught lying several times, nobody cares about all that blah blah she had to say afterwards, just pay that $750🤣
Like fr stfu just pay that 750$ back 😂💯
Defendant is a big time liar and she thought using working for a law firm gives her some sort of credit. She told on herself , she tried to retract what she said and cover it with another lie that obviously didn’t work , then she lied about paying the Plantiff back on Dec 3 but yet you ended up having another conversation about it in January about paying him back in February lol , she then say no no no like everyone didn’t witness what she just said. I wish judge Mathis embarrassed her more. She deserves it. I’m glad the Plantiff got his money back
She definitely didn't pay through cash app because anyone can change the name account in 1 second and post a picture of the person to make it look credible judge got this one right and u can tell so by the angry defendant in the ending 😄
I agree with both of you 💯.#OBP BLUESMAN
Hmmmm I wonder if that's why she got fired

She just got ATE UP!!!
I'm like another comment said. She ran with his 750 Dec 2019. If she Apologized Jan 2020 and will pay Feb 2020, she said she paid a year from the start on Dec 3 2020. She's not a liar then. Big question is was the apology given Jan 2020 or Jan 2021????
@@mikeprice8307 i don't get what ur saying other than the apology text he showed the judge where she admits to owing and that she'll pay him back was from the year before. he served her 30 days ago. She's deflecting about the coke because she knows shes a liar. She would've immediately said that was a text from the year prior if that was the case.
I like how he just quiet. He is respectable even though she trying to get him
She one of those cute fast talkers that know how to bully with her words and think she can get away with it for her cuteness. It took him some time to come around but at least he did because Judge was a bout to be on his BS and let her skate. Glad JM was one second patient this time. Lol.

NOT the defendant trying to bring up COKE again at the end after she lost the case!!!!!!!!!!!!! She wasn’t expecting the plaintiff to be that well prepared . . Especially for someone who does “ COKE” ….it definitely had him on point for this case. She lied about the CashApp being delivered , but then the plaintiff showed proof that she agreed to pay on a later date after Dec 3rd. Like she said at the beginning “ GIRL BYE!!!!!!

He's good at that.
She should've brought her banking statement attached to the cash app to back up that she paid him back in case she was confused about the dates &/or the plaintiff could've provided false printouts of texts.
She didn't have none to show that she knows she didn't pay him 🤣💞
@@margearettarmstrong4779 She didn't generate the cash app out her butt, so clearly there was an attempt to pay him. Defendant is a real piece of work. She showed her true colours all throughout the case. How can someone purposely defame someone they considered a friend and spent so much time with, without thinking us outsiders would think the same of them, if what she was saying was true. Birds of a feather flock together. He was so calm all throughout it. Glad judge Mathis saw right through her lies. Her whole demeanor was off from the get go. I could sense she was lying from when she started shredding his character apart. She did it with such vengeance and bitterness.
So happy the plaintiff prevailed. The defendant thought her legal experience was going to allow her to fast talk her way through the truth. She must be forgot what judge she was dealing with.
She was fast talking and lying her you know what off. From experience I can now smell these types of people from a mile away. 🤦🏽♂️
She sent the cash app screen shot it, then cancelled it before he could receive it. It’s the oldest trick in the book.
