I love this review because it shows, in a very candid way, the service that first class passengers can expect from Avanti. The interesting factual information such as journey time and top speed gives you great credibility as an experienced and knowledgeable rail traveler. It's disappointing that the first class lounge was not open because I'd have liked to have seen that and heard your thoughts. My only criticism would be, try to use the word "nice" less. Don't say "so yeah..." and trail off and don't give the seat 10/10 - critics and reviewers NEVER give 10/10! Overall a really thoughtful and compelling review. Would like to see more of these and you have a new sub! Do Manchester to Leeds sometime please!
