I am digging these small patches of videos property hunting. Your presentation is fantastic as well giving all the details and thoughts. I really dig this video, man!
Amen. Also, it’s worth taking a look at everything because you never know until you put eyes on it. I would rather sleep at night, knowing I saw it and made a decision.
Love these type of series, Sam! 😊 I'm so glad I found this channel. Keep up the great work. I'm a fan of these videos. Beautiful view Much Love From Sweden
Rumor has it the city of Cleveland might have some land available near the Rock and roll hall of fame. If you can get past the nickname of the property “ mistake on the lake” might be a good investment. Go Cleveland!!!!! Good luck finding that perfect piece of land Sam. ❤🙏🏻
I hope they developed a lakefront and I hope the Browns move to their new dome in Brook Park. The lakefront right now is just essentially a waste of space.
Good points on why not to buy this property Sam. Still, if it's cheap enough, it could be developed. Anyway, maybe not this one. Keep looking and keep us posted!
This one is not cheap at all. The guy wants a ridiculous amount of money for it. You will see some of the other properties that are coming in the next set of these videos that are cheaper than this one lol for much much more. The guy is insane.
The view of the river is definitely majestic, but I'm with you on the property. A big no go! Keep your chin up and you'll find the right place. I like this idea for a new series! Best, Steve
Beautiful view, but smart decision. You ever take the boat out on Pymatuning? You must come pretty close to it when you travel to Pa. Some decent fishing.
I have been by there so many times I cannot count, but have never actually finished it. Definitely on my list lol but there are just so many other places that I go. Need to make a point to go this year.
@@TheNorthwestWind i used to fish it a lot, tons of perch, a few walleye. My dad took a huge musky there last summer. Good bass fishing a little north of where you're looking as well in the Alleghney Reservoir.
That’s another place that’s on my list considering how much I have fished the river. I’ve driven up past Kinzie with Dan a few times and always wanted to go fish and camp on the reservoir. Definitely gonna make that happen this year. I hear it’s very deep though and I wonder how is best to fish it?
@@TheNorthwestWind there is some great camping. I've camped at both kiasutha and red bridge. We fish it a lot for walleye, bouncing night crawlers off the bottom. Have had a lot of success with bass hitting some of the bays with top waters. It does get deep in places, but we usually stay in the shallower areas.
Definitely for sure what I would do if I did live here, but still really no room for anything at all. Even parking one car and the boat would take up all of the flat land underneath the stilts.
Trying to convince us or yourself…??? You keep repeating the exact same things… You stated that you checked it out because it was on the river yet you also state that the seller wants an insane amount of money for it so why did you even bother wasting your time with it…???
Are you my dad? I stated that he wanted crazy $. I also stated that it looked extraordinarily different on the MLS internet listing versus in person. I also said that anything in my area of interest that is on the river and for sale is worth looking at. Its like you didnt hear a single word I said, whilst also claiming that I repeat myself....
@TheNorthwestWind i dunno, as a fan of the channel I think the perfect property will have space for accoutrements, a large kitchen to cook sausage and peppers, a boat launch, lots of knives of which you will know where some are but not all (having to ask where they are usually), it will be moist and you'll have a porch where you can stand in the morning while drinking your coffe while saying "HIHOWAAYAA!" to anyone that passes by. Not sure if I missed anything..
Honestly, I might build you a guest cabin so you can remind me of all of the accoutrements necessary and required to live a stable life out there because right now I feel like I should be calling you Father
I'm a fan of these videos thrown in the mix. I appreciate your thought process in looking at the property.
Very glad you enjoy! More to come!!!!
I'm so glad I found this channel. Keep up the great work.
very glad to have you here!!!!
Searching for the right place takes time. Been busy with life and family drama but we still find time to watch and support ya.
We will give it a shot until we find it. The process is fun as well.
Love these type of series, Sam! 😊
Thank you so much for the kind support. I really appreciate it.
Hi Sam - I like it when you take us out real estate shopping. It's something different. Thanks for the video.
Glad you enjoyed my friend, much love to you

That means a lot to me, thank you so very much, my friend. I just want to document the process and this is the perfect way to do so.
Good thought process. You know what you want. that's good.
Amen. Also, it’s worth taking a look at everything because you never know until you put eyes on it. I would rather sleep at night, knowing I saw it and made a decision.

@ my pleasure
Smart choice👍
I think so too
Beautiful view!!
the best part of that spot
Love this series!
Im so glad! Much love for the support my friend!!!!
I find myself singing "hey, how are ya", to my horses all the time now lol
I am sure that they thoroughly enjoy that
Love this Sam, I am definitely considering getting an off-grid property in the next 5 years hopefully.
Definitely a dream of mine and I wish you luck in yours
I really enjoy these Sam. Writing from the hospital 🏥, awaiting surgery soon.
Hope everything goes well for you, my friend. I will say a prayer for you. Let me know if I can do anything.
Enjoying the series so far! Cant wait to see your development in the future, hope you find some good locations!
Thank you my friend!!!!

Neighbors are too Close.. Good Call... DETROIT HERE AGAIN STAY GRITTY ✌️
And you know that they are SET in their WAYS..
That’s kind of hard to avoid in these stretches of the river, but the right circumstance will be the right circumstance. Appreciate the love.
Amen

Beautiful area rough ground though keep hunting brother you will find you’re paradise
We will keep looking until we get there, my friend
Maybe u could build one of those shanty house boats on the river like you in the swamps
This river goes up so fast that it would be gone within the first big flood which happens often
I want off grid property too, but it has to be a "witches cabin" in at least 200 acres of "haunted woods".... with water.
Yes! With a huge fireplace
Plenty of that around you just have to know where to look
Fireplace would be awesome for sure
Best of luck river house hunting!!!
thank you my brodaddyo
The view of the river is definitely majestic, but I'm with you on the property. A big no go! Keep your chin up and you'll find the right place. I like this idea for a new series! Best, Steve
all we can do is to keep on hunting!!!! cheers my friend
You are going to buy it. I feel you want to fix it. ❤
One of them, but definitely not this one
Maybe it's just my mind but I feel your mind saying challenge accepted.
100% absolutely
Depending on the price of the property itself, couldn’t you dig in to the mountain a little bit? Just to give you more room?
Not worth the time or money in my opinion
@ i personally like the property and the view, but if you find a nicer property I wouldn’t look twice back at this one 😂
ya its a definitely no go, but will make someone happy

its def happening this year!!!! good advice my friend
You should end the videos in this series, like a marvel movie. With an end credit scene, giving us a sneak peek of the next video/property
Ha! Fun fact - I know the Russo brothers personally
You would have to build a home on stilts. Might be an idea that would give you more space
Definitely for sure what I would do if I did live here, but still really no room for anything at all. Even parking one car and the boat would take up all of the flat land underneath the stilts.
Looks like a beautiful area but also a headache in the making, I’d be looking elsewhere as well brother!
Yeah, online it looked super awesome - and I could afford it lol. Def very misleading
Pink steak is a good steak, unless it’s about the property being small
Not much to like there in my eyes
Not very ideal. But I'm Shure that fire pit could cook up some nice sausage and peppers
You are a wise man
You can't pee without being seen. No bueno!
Never even considered that until you just mentioned it, but you are 1000% correct
Trying to convince us or yourself…???

Yea bro that property sucks ass bro it will cost u more to build on it than it's worth
amen and the price for the land is ludicrous
WAY too small for any accoutrements and nowhere to cook sausage and peppers! Move on.
I don’t even know how to reply to this because you said it all

Not good
Ya, worthy of a visit - cant pass up at least doing my diligence
@TheNorthwestWind gotta check it out. Hope you find something suitable soon.
it will def take some time - but we will find one eventually!
I could literally see a structure built against that hill sliding away if those top layers gave away with a heavy rainy season.
Definitely a possibility, and would be horrible
