One thing to consider... not only is she extremely loyal to Luffy, but she's possibly the most ruthless of the entire crew. She generally kills or cripples her enemies without a second thought.
She isn't a fighter, simply a quick assassin. I won't be surprised if she actually holds the most kill among the Strawhat.

Very well done. I think the time when Sanji calls for help from Robin in the Wano Arc is one of my favorites. It shows how the crew is also developing with Robin and how each one of their members are viewing her as a big sister. She shows up to deal with the matter that Sanji won't do. Allowing Sanji to maintain his "I don't fight women" principles.
Sanji was about to shoot her point blank when she stowed away to become part of the Strawhat crew after Luffy beat Crocodile in the Alabasta arc

Robin is Luffy's shield 🛡. She will protect him from this cruel world 🌎 to the best of her ability because she lived through it. That's her way of paying it forward. She will listen and obey no questions ask when given an order because Luffy didn't ask any questions when letting her join the crew.
She's arguably the most ruthless of the crew too.

Due to Robins ability to spy with her devil fruit Im sure she knows many secrets and doesnt have to tell everyone. A good example is what happened to Zoro in Thriller Bark. I guess if she knows Dragons intentions and pastthen she wouldnt spoil Luffy with those informations.

Leaving Luffy behind is obvious. The WG would have hunted Luffy. Look how hard the Marines went to find Ace. Basically killed all pregnant mothers to get rid of Roger's bloodline.

i think she avoided calling the straw hats their real names in the beginning to keep distance because of her past betrayals and NOT because she was getting closer to them IMO. it wasn’t until after her rescue that she began calling them their real names

I am definitely interested in Robins reaction to learning Luffy is Joyboy. When she learns the truth, I am convinced she will push Luffy to take on the WG with Dragon.

If you look at when Garp tells him who is dad his. Everyone is shocked. “Robin says most pirate would not take on the WG, but your father is challenged them and is building armies to fight them.” This right after luffy goes to war with them for Robin. Oh ok says luffy. This is why when Ivan is is describinghow great dragon then says who he luffy is like. Oh my dad.
I knew it since Luffy first fight against Crocodile and she helped later.
Then Luffy saved Robin when she lost will to live then helped Robin with accepting Robin to join Luffy crew.
Most likely not the case would be interesting to find out robin and luffy are actually siblings and that’s why robin’s mother disappeared. Would also explain her change after time skip and meeting dragon.
Siblings may be a stretch but related in some way is a possibility

so here is my thing, I know that the show doesn't focus on love interests other than the hilarious SIMPing that Sanji does for Robin and Nami. But I would like for them to give some kind of indication of who Nami and Robin might have an attraction for.
Like Hancock having an overwhelming love for Luffy is funny and over the top. But so far, it seems like Robin and Luffy could eventually one day develop a love relationship. Over Nami and Luffy, but since the show doesn't really even give us hints; all of this is just pure speculation.
I think everyone is basically to into their own goals and dreams to even think of relationships and such throughout the show and probably wont think or consider that until they fulfill their goals and dreams possibly

I really like the therory that Robbin is Drangons daughter with Nico Olvia and her death is what push him to found the RA, we see during VakaPunks flash back that Drangon knew Clover and it was after visiting Ohara that he chose to form the RA, the idea that this was to him thinking the WG had took not only his friend but his wife and daughter would be justification.
It would also give a better reason for Drangon sending people to find her during the time skip, at this point he would of knew she was alive but up until then had been safe with Luffy out of shers chance but then the news of them all being separated makes him act.
Robin being Luffys half sister could also explain why she seems to naturally understand Luffy and his thinking better than most as well as why she was drawn to him and has this natural big sister vibe to him.
I watched the anime first and it's not until I read the manga that I understood Luffy & Robin

Well if Saul made it off the island of O'Hara, is it not possible he saved her mom? That would be a big part of the elbath arc.
It would make the theory of Olvia being Luffy's mother highly possible.There's a possibility that Saul wasn't the only one who survived the Buster Call, but chances that Nico Olvia made it out alive as well. And it would mean that she became pregnant with Luffy 3 years after and that she was secretly in Foosha Village when Luffy was born. Dragon might have known that, one of the reasons why he doesn't want to meet Luffy yet. Olvia might have thought that Dragon was dead, or Dragon faking it so the World Government won't put a strain on Olvia and Robin's reputation. They might have known that Dragon was already seeing things differently in the World Government and was secretly conspiring with the people of O'Hara, so they could expose the injustices and lies of WG. We don't know for sure yet but the possibility is killing me
