It is a great quote. It will be a rallying cry. But for any young person studying the arts of politics, note there was no tear gas. Very little pepper spray. Batons were used for pushing, not striking. The protesters were told they had been heard, that the protest occupation was illegal, they always had opportunities to leave. They resisted. In the United States because of scotus it is only ever estate thing and that's going by the wayside because elections are coming. In Canada the province is also have that choice but the federal government of Canada did institute a mandate regardless of what the provinces felt. There's a reason in places like Alberta Saskatchewan and Manitoba the provinces are de facto by their actions of not cracking down on them in support of defying Ottawa. It's because the provinces feel their powers have been usurped as well. There's both. They're in Ottawa because of the federal mandate. By the way they are roving the streets if Toronto in the thousands right now so I best check a Toronto live stream because you are so wrong about that. They're also doing it in Calgary and Abbotsford. Trudeau metastasize the size of the movement to most places in Canada with a large population center. His actions backfired and it appears to have grown.

An illegal occupation is ‘illegal’. That is what they deemed it for all the reasons they gave. Then, you are breaking the law. Should that be ignored? So then you decide which laws to ignore and which we keep? Don’t just name call and insult, try to discuss rationally.
