- So i got some time to make some thing for myself. So i forge a toasting fork out of a pieces of scrap steel. I also made a stand for it but didn't get the footage of that. This for should be great at a BBQ or bonfire can't wait to use it.
very nicely done on the fork end by the way! definitely learned something new today!
keep up the great videos brother .
God bless
Christ Centered Ironworks up and keeping as much as I can dude. thankyou for the kind words and the support Bro.

nice one mate the googley eyes get me every time
Enjoyed the video keep up the good work be blessed
You missed out the part I wanted to see; the initial separating and forging the part where the prongs join the handle.
Daniel, What happened to the second hole you punched - the one you were cutting towards, did you cut through into it and use the hole curve for the middle of the fork tines?
That's what I did dave. Sorry didn't show it some reason the only footage I have for the cutting and drawings out was basically what I put up. thanks for the great question.
..Great Toasting Fork Dan !! I learned a lot from watching how you left the fork end thicker, kinda like an upset, in order to make the tines, Brilliant !! Also, you have the lightest touch with a power hammer that I have seen on You Tube, you know your machine that is for Sure & Certain...!!
Thanks man. Its the hammer that does all the work. Your too kind dude thank you.
Nice work.
The googley eyes on the hammer still get me, even after all this time.
NIce job. I've just got myself a forge and I made a fire poker for my Dad yesterday. All I really did was put a scroll on the end. A very untidy scroll, but I'm pleased with it.
Pop's Shack nice one dude.
Pop's Shack thank you for the comment.
Credit where credit's due, mate.
why do you dont use the hardyhole to punch the slug out ? great vid and music
I don't use the hardy to prevent the hole from deforming on the first punch. I also like to work harden the slug so that it shears off leaves a cleaner hole. thanks for the great comment hope you enjoyed the video?
Daniel Moss oh yes i did and liked it
