Sorcery + Domination
For Sorcery:
Arcane Meteor (The strongest rune for Fiddlesticks, you will reactivate it with literally every of your skills)
Manaflow (Bonus mana stacks and regeneration that will help you have better mana sustain)
Transcendence (Bonus ability haste and skills CD refund per kill/assist)
Scorch (Extra BURN damage each 10 sec)
For Domination:
Sudden Impact (Super important to have, bonus magic penetration after using your R, or you can go for cheap shot for better true dmg)
Ultimate Hunter (R Bonus CDR)

Cull is good specifically on urgot because it heals per auto hit instead of for a percentage of dmg done like doran's blade.
When he presses W with Cull he'll heal three times what Doran's would give him.
Most of Urgot's abilities are AoE. Healing him less with omnivamp from Doran's as well.

i am a mastery 7 fiddle top, aery is usually better than comet if you can auto, itll land much more frequently, also riven, aatrox, and yorick are hard fights for you. urgot isnt a fun one if you play it over aggressive, the red runes for true damage of your fears or e is big as well. I rush lisandrys but im thinking with the new season coming up rushing Dark harvest might be insane since you get magic crits plus your w executes
