It's a masterpiece as is, but I wish there were another version where she just goes full screamo with the lyrics like she does in some of her other songs. With what the songs about it would just throat punch you in the feels that much harder. Halestorm rocks🤘
Hard to imagine for me. My mom used to belt out this song, almost with the precision of an operatic singer. But oh God did she sound like the closest thing to heaven ever. She was a Janis Joplin impersonator in her 20s, and honestly it used to show back then. Her voice was unmatched in raw power
