After watching so many videos about onsite commissions vs. influencer program you’re literally the only one who explained the difference. Thank you so much, this video was very very helpful ❤️
thank you so much for this video! This is the first time someone has explained so clearly all the different elements of the onsite program, including the blue lock. I've been searching for a few days now to understand everything you summed up in this one video. Really appreciate you sharing!
Good description about the ON vs OFF site commission. I am the odd one out. I posted 30 videos, made my page nice and neat, added my Idea Lists and got approved. I got my Amazon US influencer page May 1st, 2024, and by this morning May 6th, 2024, got my onsite commissions approval on the first try. I am a content creator part time so playing around with video is nothing new for me and I have a Amazon Influencer Canada site , but I didn't just do 3 videos. I did 30 and I believe that helps more to drive the person reviewing to decide based on how detailed you can make your site.
I submitted 3 videos a week ago and they got rejected within a day. I then came across your videos and followed your advice, deleted the rejected videos and uploaded 3 new ones 2 days ago, and I just saw my congratulatory notice! I'm so excited 🤗 Thank you!! Now the REAL WORK begins!
I am in the Amazon influencer program and have a storefront and have clickable links in my TH-cam descriptions as offsite traffic but I have never posted a review video before. Where do I upload these 3 videos to get reviewed? and how do I post them linked to the products?
You'll post the 3 videos on your storefront to get reviewed for onsite commissions. When uploading, you can search the product to tag (i can create a short tutorial on this).
Hi new subscriber here love this video searched for info on this topic and yours is the BEST EXPLAINED video thanks!!! Question the videos can they be in vertical format???
Can you speak more on getting approved on the first step? I started a TikTok page and I think it’s been doing pretty well but keep getting denied 🙅🏻♀️ 😞
Another quick question: If I post my amazon storefront link on say any site any where. And someone clicks on it there then goes to my store on amazon, then from my store goes somewhere else on amazon and buys something within 24 hours I get that credit or commission off that sale if qualified? I do have a store front and are an Influencer with onsite commissions.
So to be clear… if I have an Amazon storefront and I upload 3 videos reviewing and tagging the product it puts me in a queue to be approved for onsite commission? I’m unclear as how to sign up for the on-site?
Once you are approved for onsite is Amazon or the brand choosing the video that gets featured? Will Amazon notify you if they decide to feature your video?
I have submitted three video two days ago but the big question is I can’t find or see the blue lock which should appear on top,of the page, can you please tell me what should I do, am on site or not , should I upload more videos now or should I wait ,am so confused
I have a question I have an espresso machine I purchased off Amazon probably 5 years ago. Now the machine itself is still available to purchase on Amazon but the color I have is no longer available. Would I still be able to review this product?
That's a tough one... in Amazon's guidelines, they're clear about not wanting you to tag "similar" products, but not very clear about unavailable colors of the same exact product. There's a risk of your video being rejected, but you could try if it's the same exact product.
You don’t “apply” per se… you just post 3 shoppable video reviews on your storefront. You’ll see if you’re approved on the “creator hub” page, not your storefront.
I cannot seem to get to the creator hub to even find the page with the blue lock 😂 please help. I’ve tried on my laptop/desktop as well and can only seem to get to my storefront page
@@laurenfgamble Thank you, I just created my showcase and to start earning commissions I have to make 3 videos but the approval is sent automatically or do I have to do something else?
So it sounds like you have one video that got rejected? Make sure to read through the content guidelines that Amazon has. It's likely an issue from one of those things.

Is it correct that the only way to see the blue lock page on the creator hub is by desktop only, and not via cell phone? But the videos can initially be uploaded via cell phone, and can after accepted be uploaded via cell too? Or do they need to be uploaded desktop as well? Thanks!
I just got accepted for onsite commissions, third time is the charm LOL! I'm excited to grow with this process!
So awesome!! Congrats! 🥳
@@laurenfgamble Thank you! Can't wait to get post more and hopefully see the views go up!
@@TuNgoWhat do you think you did wrong the first 2 times? I just got denied for my first time and am looking what I should do.
Why do you need approval 3 times?
Do we need approval more than once?

Yes this is correct IF you’re already approved into the Amazon Influencer program.
How do you tag the product?
Once you are approved for onsite is Amazon or the brand choosing the video that gets featured? Will Amazon notify you if they decide to feature your video?
Amazon chooses. It will not notify you, but there are softwares you can use that show you if your videos are placed.
I've been approved for the offsite commission, but I still do not know what to do.
Do you mean you've been approved for onsite commissions?
Do you need reach certain level on your influencer account and videos before applying for onsite commissions
No. Once you’re approved for the influencer program, you should go through the onsite commission approval process.

That's awesome! Congrats!
Amazing 🎉
I waited for 2-3 months second try
My blue lock is still locked. However, one of my pending videos earned a purchase and I earned commission. So I’m so confused
this could be from Amazon testing your videos when reviewing your account for onsite.
is narration required for on-site commission videos?
Not sure if it’s REQUIRED. But I’d definitely recommend it.

Can I use an artificial voice in the videos I upload?
I’m not sure about this. I know there are people doing it, but unsure if it’s against Amazon’s guidelines.
