I say bring simu on the podcast clear the misunderstanding or see whats up. David is actually still very supportive of Simu and doesn't just diss for the sake of it, and always gives credit where it's due. The 'iam here' is funny as hell hahahah
Misunderstanding? It's just David being butthurt for whatever reasons 😂🤣. Only he knows why he feels like this towards Simu. I thought it's only blacks that hate on other blacks for achieving more than them lol. David, invite Simu please. Why are you so mad about Shangchi? 😂🤣 Did Marvel promise you a part and then pull it out at the last minute? 😂
@Play Shorts bro you so mad and for what? Truth??? lmao 🤣 David ain't got time for you lmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂🤣!!!!!!! That's how many emojis you need to show how much more laughter that you need to cope with yourself 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Ed Parks stories and insights are fantastic hoping for David and Ed to do their own podcast kinda like how Bobby and Andrew made their own podcast Bad friends
Love to see Ed back. Looking forward to his new episode on his podcast. Congratulations on the opening of Junbi of Hawaii location, David. May your content make this 12 hour shift be a little better with you in it.
100% I believe that Simu has fallen into the Hollywood trap of protecting his position any way possible so he's on edge when it comes to his career. Everything he does seems to be ultimately protecting his position as America's #1 Asian actor boy. I feel he has some imposter syndrome where he doesn't believe he deserves to be there but is too selfish to give it up. So instead of working up to his own standards of being a celebrity about representation, he's willing to attack anyone that even slightly challenges his position. The thing that riles me up is that he disguises his defense with race every single time.
Well he’s not American so there’s your imposter syndrome…he was a redditor lol. He also kinda a hypocrite - playing other ethnicities but calling others racist n 💩. The more he talks the less legit he is - he’s not a movie star, he’s known for one role lol
Because sadly it’s the ultimate scapegoat for people like Simu. When all else fails, bring up race. And if you try to argue back, you’re automatically labeled a “racist” and “cancelled”.
When you guys were saying, “who asked Simu to represent Asians?” I actually think in Simu’s circle, he has been put on a pinnacle so that’s why he has this ideology that he is a pioneer for Asians in Hollywood. I don’t agree with it, and I believe Asians don’t need Hollywood to create a space within filmmaking. As you both have stated, there are Asian filmmakers, actors, etc that have been and continue to pave roads for all minorities. Their shit is unique, groundbreaking, and true to themselves. American society is obsessed with trying to be like someone else. Do you, Simu… and quit kissing Marvel’s ass cause the movies are lackin rn 😂
I totally agree when you said sure you worked on Kim's Convenience and on Shang Chi but that doesn't give you the right to speak as if your "Demzel". Simu needs to stop trying to make this about him because I feel like every time he tries to speak on social media or at any event it goes horribly wrong. I feel like all this attention on him since Shang Chi, the fame, money etc has gotten to him mentally, he thinks his the shit now which his obviously not. The fact that his inner circle of friends can't humble him is worrying and who knows maybe they've tried and SImu hasn't figured it out it could also be a possibility. Until he humbles himself and figures it out his just gonna keep crashing and burning. Like David said you only worked on 2 projects, you got your five seconds of fame now go back to the drawing board and work on other stuff.
Exactly! Simu is the star of _A_ movie and NOT a movie star. As harsh as it sounds but without Marvel/Shang Chi no one’s going to see a Simu Liu movie. His CHARACTER brings in the numbers not him
well more like disney and the whole supporting asian aspect and the hype of an asian super hero, pretty sure not a lot of people even knew shang chi existed unlike spiderman or xmen characters
I remember watching Shang Chi in theaters and the FIRST thing that turned me off from the film was Simu’s acting. It distracted me and didn’t feel as much emotion coming through as I watched it. I’m sure in time he’ll do great things.
Listening to Tarantino mention who the actual star is understandable and it seems people took it the wrong way. He’s not saying the actors playing these characters aren’t stars, he’s saying the superheroes you’re playing is the star, meaning if I see Chris Evans I think of captain america. If I see let’s say Jamie fox I see multiple characters he’s played in cinema throughout his career. He’s not downplaying the actors. Atleast that’s how I see it
There's a lot of Korean directors that love Scorsese and Tarantino. I had the opportunity to talk to my cousin's students in Korea and each time I said "I love tarantino movies" (despite me covering my eyes every time something bloody comes out) there's always murmurs of approval coming out. There's even an Korean TH-camr that talk about how influential these directors are. Shout out to The Film Foundation (hello Martin Scorsese) for showcasing a lot of the foreign films around the world and introducing me to a lot of new directors and movies especially Color of Pomegranates even though I had no idea what was going on. And to that clip about QT talking about these characters becoming stars, it's true. I think of Deadpool when I see Ryan Reynolds. And as for Daniel Radcliffe, I think for him, he's going into a lot of indie films and his most recent movie is his Weird Al biopic so I think that's also cool too!
Simu is weird. For me, as an Asian born in the west, I personally kind of don’t care if we are super represented in Hollywood or not simply because…I already know who are my Asian superstars that are legends without having to be in America such as of course, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Stephen Chow, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh BachChan, Andy Lau, etc. yes it would be nice for any minority to get recognition in Hollywood by their work, culture, language, etc, but these are who I know are superstars by doing their own movies in their own countries, 100% in their own cultures and languages…who don’t have to work in/for Hollywood but are still super respected and known in Hollywood. We don’t need Hollywood to represent us I think we Asians represent ourselves just fine. Also let’s not forget BTS. I mean, look at BTS, it doesn’t even have to be a movie star to influence and inspire and bring light to Asians. Plus, these stars, because they’ve created such a legacy with their work…unlike Simu, even if they fuck up, they don’t have to explain themselves. Their fans trip over themselves to explain For their super star. Also, to end my personal opinion. I ducking hate how in Shang Chi….they barely spoke Chinese Mandarin. Idc what anyone says and how it was written. It’s such a disconnect hearing and knowing it was supposed to be connected to traditional Chinese roots in its own way, but they didn’t speak mandarin or, someone would speak Chinese Mandarin in a really climatic and emotional scene…but then the response back stupid plain English. As someone who speaks more than 1 language, there’s just some things that can’t be properly translated/conveyed mentally, emotionally correct in another language, and you’re just going to have to let it be in its original to fully grasp its depth.
Love film talk with David and Ed as always, can’t wait for the Black Panther:Wakanda Forever review :D! Also shoutout to O-Ren Ishii (aka Lucy Liu) an OG Asian American badass character created by Tarantino himself, don’t forget her S*mu she’s your predecessor 😌 #TheOGLiu
The past 2 years or 3 even. I have watched less and less movies and i'm a movie head. I totally agree with Anthony Mackie. So many people are so quick to say a movie is good cause there are a few inclusive moment VS how good is the actually movie.
Hold up imma disagree on the Chadwick point. Chadwick Boseman was definitely a star or becoming one. People did praise his performance in Ma Raineys, they didn’t JUST say we lost black Panther.
David, I don’t know if you and Ed have watched The Witch 1 and 2, and also Night in Paradise from Park Hoon-jung. Completely different, both amazing. Seriously recommend. EDIT: also, in Shang-Chi, Meng'er Zhang, who played Shang's sister, delivered to me the best performance and had the most interesting character. She danced laps around Simu.
The Witch 1 was the shxt, The Witch 2 was meh. I don't know why Korean films always do very good with the first film, but then mess up the second film. Hollywood messes up too on sequels but I haven't yet watched a Korean film that did very good with the sequel. Anyway back to Shang-Chi... Isn't this Meng's first acting gig and she did better than Simu or was it the other person? Edit: My bad, I was thinking about the model who was in Squid games.
great episode! i find it fascinating how americans view liberalism as “left leaning” even tho it’s (especially in the US) more central/right. just not as far right as conservatism. what then would you call socialism? beyond left?
Holy shit I'm blind af. I'm a quarter a way in the video and just noticed that they ain't actually next to each other on a couch. Shit is split screen lmaoo
Wong Fu Productions and that circle of Asians are the ones who put Simu on a pedalstal. I like Simu's acting in Kim's Convenience; not so much in Shang Chi. To be fair, most of the acting from the other actors on Shangi Chi sucked too. The whole storyline sucked. Lol. I think Marvel (owned by Disney, right?) just capitalized on this notion of "Asian representation". Although I appreciate asian representation, I'm interested in seeing us create a new space/niche instead of inserting ourselves into existing sectors.
While I do enjoy the MCU they’re rarely my favorite films when comparing it to cinema as a whole. Everything Everywhere All at Once was by far the best in 2022. What I’m trying to understand is what Tarentino meant by Marvel films are the only ones being made maybe I took it too literally I struggle with that sometimes. is he just saying the non comic book films that are great don’t get enough recognition?
Just wanna say as a fellow asian from the west, sadly where simu claims he’s from lol, Dave and park are what I see how most Asians out of asia are like.. we’re pretty chill, open. Yes, we got ones with majorly inferiority complexes, but still, most are chill.. it’s kinda what makes us really different from Asians in asia, and why, we are like 2 diferent species - aka in asia they can pick us out cause of our mind set. Like most people, it’s the loudest minorities that cause problems, where the rest just take it in stride and deal with it and look for solutions than complain about it. - this whole race thing is what I hate the most. Judge me for my merit and talent… As someone 3ho always wanted to get into hollywood, I DONG want asian stuck on my name unless I’m being cheeky…there’s such simple solutions if u want real diversity.. N we have a problem with that - lack of diversity in thought. Aka Tarantino saying - lack of representation …. Money big marvel . It’s nice listening to hearing honesty vs someone parroting points that don’t do anything but d ride .
58:00 The issue with the argument for "black ppl are like this" and "republicans are like this" is that black people aren't a political group. The position that we're in right now is a direct result of not complying with the Civil/Woman's Rights Movements by funneling all the economic prosperity further from the communities and into the wealthy(driving class division), this disparity created little to no economic mobility and gangs were created to “solve” the issue(shocker, they did not). Similarly the Italians and Irish used to be "the most violent", then they were accepted into society and their prosperity was respected much earlier on. During that same time period it is known that 90% of black crime was literally made up to put us through peonage(until it because a federal crime in the 40s). That's the counter argument, now with Republicans, they're literally the reason we're in this mess(dems too but they're actively trying to win our trust and not go against it). So while we all don't think the same a majority of us vote blue because we simply don't trust a party that has close affiliations with racism and class division, right now they're balls deep in it so it's rare to find black ppl voting red unless they're the uncle tom type, very religious, or rich(hell, look at GA statistics). It's the reason the states we occupy gerrymander the hell out of our communities. I know Republicans, I'm deep in the south and work blue collar(once you've worked 12hrs with a man you eventually learn how he thinks), I'll tell you the issues I hear from them all the time: "There's too many gay ppl on tv" "Drag queens and trans ppl are groomers" "I put my kids through private school to get them away from x ppl"(not bad but the rationale is, but hey I'm not the parent) "The internet(empirical data and research) is lying to you, here's a conspiracy on "x"thing I found out about through some forum that's definitely not full of disinformation" "They're teaching my kids about CRT and to hate all white people(I graduated recently, the stuff we touch off on are faaar from CRT, the nuance in classes are typically "white ppl freed the slaves they enslaved, and mlk saved the day by dreaming") "I'm not racist(states the most racist statement you could put together and makes ppl uncomfortable)" Right now the Republican party is like the confederate flag, we know the evils the South fought to protect, but nowadays many southerners just believe it stands for southern pride. While they're allowed the luxury of nuance, I'm black, to wave that flag is akin to signing away my rights. So would it really sound far fetched to believe a lot of people don't fuck with Republicans right now because for Republicans it's not an unpopular thought that homosexuality is immoral, and being trans is an afront to god? Why would they wave that flag if they're not grifting? And with the recent laws being passed it seems like they're more productive in restricting the rights of the people, as a result people are making the decision not to fw Republicans because it's actively targeting marginalized communities rn. And you're right, it's not all Republicans, I think on an individual level we should all be afforded the nuance of individuality, but I can't argue with the facts, likewise, I didn't argue against the 13/50 I offered in key details to why that perception is valid if you're not lookin into the basis of what actually perpetuates it. So while they can believe that about black people, they don't know the full truth. The truth with Republicans is simple, most of them are religious, some believe this is a Christian country, and through multiple conspiracies they've concluded there's some "devil worshipping"(or whatever is bad at this point) going on and that they need to dispel of that evil. A tale as old as time(witch trials) and it never concludes on the moral side of history. When your outlook on someone is that they're going to hell because they're not religious and are lgbtq+, it leaves a lot of open room to commit immoral action perceived as just.
It's not Marvel, or superheroes but have you guys seen the movie The Menu? If yes, please review, it was a good film.... btw, hope SL will come on the podcast some day
There are a few studies that have mixed findings when it comes to trans people and whether or not their gender identity has biological markers. In short, the most promising finding is that there are some markers in the olfactory process/pathways (neurological) that were found to align with their chosen gender identity. (Basically, a trans man's olfactory neurological pathways were similar to a cismale's and same for trans women compared to cisfemales). There hasn't been an extensive amount of tests/studies performed to date, so there isn't anything definitive. But the findings were replicated by other researchers, so it's pretty interesting.
Yeah..... I'm with Tarantino on this one. I loved Shangchi, but Simu shouldn't have spoken about this issue. And Tarantino is right. Outside of the marvel movies, I don't care to go see their (the actors) other projects.
This maybe the best Genius Brain episode. David and Ed break down race virtue signalling and a “holier than thou”/saviour complex. Simu should watch this to re-evaluate his statements
There’s been some research done to figure out why people are transgender. The scientists who study genes think that 25% to 50% of being transgender comes from genes. Now I haven’t researched much about this but I have seen a few research articles about it so this is what I remember. * if you want to look into it go ahead. But I think that’s what the person meant by “science.” Anyways that’s all ima say haha :) good podcast ep though!
Only thing I gotta disagree with you on is the Mandarin on Moon Knight. It wasn't an issue with the accent or anything, but it was literally unintelligible to anyone that speaks the language. So it was kind of weird they chose Mandarin and didn't bother to fix any of the pronunciation. Could have chosen another language that was easier for the actors. I mostly agree with everything you guys are discussing though!
I almost never understand when American or English actors try to speak in my native language, sometimes I don't even realise that it's my own language. I think they just don't really care.
Disney's IP is meant to be the star. Simu acting ain't that special, the guy who plays ShangChi walking around CA Adventure taking photos could do the same movie. They don't want too much real acting from the actors, but only for them to stay within the comic characters' written emotional parameters. David, you should watch Andor though.
The Oscar too white thing for most people is about the lack of representation in Hollywood that is sort of recently being addressed on this scale. And not just "white people? Ewww"
Love Simu's work but he has become too woke ever since has gone and it's getting worst the more he does that the less people wanna see his movies and he criticized Scorsese and and Tarantino well guess what majority of directors in Hollywood have been inspired by these 2 and they see what Simu said they are gonna be hesitant to work with him.
So what’s the problem with the movie thing. Like is there something we can actually do about it or are we just complaining to be salty because if people like it Mayes that means it’s time for the industry to change.
In the ending when you talking about asking questions I remember Jordan Peterson talk about stupid questions he said don’t ever be ashamed to ask stupid questions it’s the way to learn and grow. if u happened to be around people don’t like stupid questions and get angry try to learn by yourself don’t let’s people tell you everything and don’t ask many stupid questions u will gets bunch in the face 😂 be more careful and respect.
I don't hate Simu Liu. He seems like a nice guy. But as much as I was excited to watch Shang-Chi, that movie was a BIG disappointment and Simu's acting was quite bad. Yeah, his comments seem incredibly cringe, feeling quite misinformed and egotistical. Or could be it be the golden Marvel shower? Always making shit about race when it totally isn't has gotta stop.
I may be a minority on this opinion, but I totally disagree with Tarantino and you guys. The actor definitely matters when it comes to playing the hero. You can’t replace Robert Downey as Ironman, or Chris Evans as the first Capt America, or Chadwick as Black Panther. It defintely does make me want to watch their other movies such as Chris Evans in Knives out ir Grey man. If a shitty actor sucked playing a hero it definitely will make a negative impact across the board. Thats just my take.
They replaced Terrence Howard with Don Cheadle, Edward Norton with Mark Ruffalo....so maybe they should have replaced Chadwick Boseman with someone else so they could have made a more direct Black Panther sequel, instead of having to do last minute rewrites to explain Shuri becoming Black Panther.
I know I’m late to the party but I hear y’alls perspectives on this whole topic about Simu. Because for some time I researched on about Simu and what his Intent Is. So this Is just soley based on my observations, I think he’s representing us Asians of course but majority for us Asian American Males specifically. I say that because I’ve done some research myself on about Simu. We Asian Americans are the bottom of the dating poll. I have Insecurities about being Asian myself growing up because I never felt attractive. I was just average. We are taught or accept that we Asian men are not desirable In America. I believe Simu part of It Is acting upon that. He wants to do something about that and for me that’s a huge deal for me. I’m okay with Simu trying to make us look sexy. Why would that be a bad thing. It may not matter to most Asian men or Asians In general but for me that matters a lot to me. For example In school you take myself, being Asian myself, In a group of White guys, Blacks, Hispanics, and you ask a group of females who would they fuck? I was never picked or chosen. It’s not our fault. It’s the medias. I just personally feel like that’s what he wants to do. We are lacking In that department of being attractive In the West. Why does that matter you ask? Coming from an Asian man myself, I love my White & Hispanic women. I always ask them what Is their type, they either say Black or Hispanic but never Asians. Deep down that low-key hurts. I want to marry a White or Hispanic woman. It doesn’t help when Asians don’t understand what Simu Is doing and just simply do not care If they are considered attractive or not. Speaking for myself I care about us being considered being attractive. I want us to be. I just want us to be part of the equation when It comes to Western women. But what about BTS? Personally to me BTS Is like Justin Bieber vs Simu Is like Channing Tatum. Both attractive but In their own different way. I want more of Simu than BTS In my personal opinion. That’s just me. I appreciate BTS and what It does for America. Not In the same level as Simu. For me I always had trouble dating. I know this Is deep within’ myself but I can’t help to blame or even ask myself, Is It because I’m Asian? Is that a huge factor. Again not our fault, It’s social media and the entertainment. On the film perspectives side of things, I see where you are coming from though. 100% until he shows he Is really good, he should keep It on the DL. He Is letting his fame get the best of him, I see that for sure. But I just want to address on my views on what I think Simu’s Intent on Asian representation. I hope y’all understand where I’m coming from with this. I know I’m not 100% right but this Is just how I feel about what I think Simu Is trying to do.
I totally agree! I’ve been obsessed with Chris Evans for many years and I’ve just come to the realization that he’s a typical white guy lols. I don’t like-like Chris Evans. I liked Steve Rogers. I liked Captain America and it bothers me that other characters he plays isn’t like Steve Rogers 😂😂😭😭 Also, I love Anthony Mackie and I’m so excited that he’s playing captain America now because again, I love Captain America lols
Lol every time Simu tweets something I’m already expecting David and Ed to roast him on the next episode. I did enjoy Shang chi but it’s what he says outside of his acting that has turn me off of him. He needs a better publicist
But how do you know SL doesn't care about other Asians? Am I missing something? Sure, he may love the stardom of it al (acting/film) but that doesn't necessarily mean he does not care about others
I say bring simu on the podcast clear the misunderstanding or see whats up. David is actually still very supportive of Simu and doesn't just diss for the sake of it, and always gives credit where it's due. The 'iam here' is funny as hell hahahah
I doubt there any misunderstandings to clear lol simu will be simu

Ed Park & David podcasts hit different- they go to another level of discussion!
Ed Parks stories and insights are fantastic hoping for David and Ed to do their own podcast kinda like how Bobby and Andrew made their own podcast Bad friends
David and Ed roasting Simu Liu made my day, too funny
Episodes with Ed are the best. No disrespect to your other guests but Ed’s episodes hit different. Appreciate the podcast. Take it easy David.
Love to see Ed back. Looking forward to his new episode on his podcast. Congratulations on the opening of Junbi of Hawaii location, David. May your content make this 12 hour shift be a little better with you in it.
David and Ed are the duo where I can get my news, cure depression and bad days.
“The evolution of a superhero means the death of a movie star…” love that man💯
This was a topic I was really hoping you’d cover, really enjoyed listening to your guys thoughts and inputs!
I love that you do this on Sundays now it is kinda comforting.

Spot on with simu it's like the guy is only living off with his one role with marvel. And then you he won't shut up about representation
The golden age in film was also in asian - Hong Kong cinema, japanese horror etc…it was golden age for most of the world
My favorite guest Ed always great conversations
Semen Lube 🤣
You guys just opened Pandora's box.
I liked the deeper analysis of Tarantino's comment, presented a perspective I myself didn't see at first!

The problem with mcu is no firm or show stands alone or feels complete bc it’s just there to set up another..that’s the problem.

i heard this on spotify and knew i need to see this again on video at work cause it's always hilar!
I love both Eds on the podcast lol!
Yeah, Tarantino’s comment was def misunderstood! 😂
Hold up imma disagree on the Chadwick point. Chadwick Boseman was definitely a star or becoming one. People did praise his performance in Ma Raineys, they didn’t JUST say we lost black Panther.
Ed and David is just perfect man
David, I don’t know if you and Ed have watched The Witch 1 and 2, and also Night in Paradise from Park Hoon-jung.
Love David's and Ed's open opinions
FINALLY! Ive been waiting for this ever since it trended lol
great episode! i find it fascinating how americans view liberalism as “left leaning” even tho it’s (especially in the US) more central/right. just not as far right as conservatism. what then would you call socialism? beyond left?
How you feel about Jason David frank passing n his impact on people childhood ?
“If you guys don’t know… my Bond… Pierce Brosnan…”
Seriously?!
We’ve come to a point where many of us were too young to know this?! 😭
LOL nora asking if you hate here hahaha..i dont know why but i feel like i could totally picture her asking that lololol
Holy shit I'm blind af. I'm a quarter a way in the video and just noticed that they ain't actually next to each other on a couch. Shit is split screen lmaoo
“I don’t hate semen” hahahhaha😂
HELL YEAH ED PARK!
Was the friend with the film Anna? Oh wait, it was probably Yoshi. XD
1:00:00- sums up hypocrisy perfectly.
Ironically David is more like Simu than he would like
Probably one of the most offensive things anyone has ever said to me… and people have told me to go die LOLLLLLLL!!!!!
🤣💀
@@DavidSoComedy 😂😂😂😂
@@DavidSoComedy peak offense will be saying you're like the fang bros 😆
Shout out to Scorsese's World Cinema Project (Film Foundation)!
"Semen Lube" . . . this will forever be in head when I see that Asian move-star
42:00 - this.- represent yourself
Just wanna say as a fellow asian from the west, sadly where simu claims he’s from lol,
Dave and park are what I see how most Asians out of asia are like.. we’re pretty chill, open.
Judge me for my merit and talent…
As someone 3ho always wanted to get into hollywood, I DONG want asian stuck on my name unless I’m being cheeky…there’s such simple solutions if u want real diversity..
N we have a problem with that - lack of diversity in thought. Aka Tarantino saying - lack of representation …. Money big marvel .
It’s nice listening to hearing honesty vs someone parroting points that don’t do anything but d ride .
Dam this was a pretty good podcast. I was glued to the screen just listening.
Y’all should talk about the boys!
David, thanks for being you and genuine! 🫡🫡
I know Republicans, I'm deep in the south and work blue collar(once you've worked 12hrs with a man you eventually learn how he thinks), I'll tell you the issues I hear from them all the time:
"There's too many gay ppl on tv"
"Drag queens and trans ppl are groomers"
"I put my kids through private school to get them away from x ppl"(not bad but the rationale is, but hey I'm not the parent)
"The internet(empirical data and research) is lying to you, here's a conspiracy on "x"thing I found out about through some forum that's definitely not full of disinformation"
"They're teaching my kids about CRT and to hate all white people(I graduated recently, the stuff we touch off on are faaar from CRT, the nuance in classes are typically "white ppl freed the slaves they enslaved, and mlk saved the day by dreaming")
"I'm not racist(states the most racist statement you could put together and makes ppl uncomfortable)"
Right now the Republican party is like the confederate flag, we know the evils the South fought to protect, but nowadays many southerners just believe it stands for southern pride.
Not them talking about the sudarso's
There not many asian brothers out there in the media lol
Nah !!!! They’re booking actors!!! They’re my boys!!! Lol think about two annoying brothers …. That are Asian…. Not my Sudarso’s!!!
He’s talking about the Fung Bros 😂
I sort of enjoyed Guns Akimbo that stars Daniel Radcliffe.
44:16 FENG BROSSSS LOLOLOL
Good to hear
😂😂 I can’t stop laughing and I’m dying of the flu rn … my lungs can’t take it
I named my fish Todori
I don't know, the Simu hate has been mad entertaining. I laugh whenever a hater trolls him.
I think it's odd people believe if you're a fan of an actor, you have to like ALL they do.
Simu has always given me the ick. Finally we seeing him for how he is. Can we get the sister to take the 10 rings instead lol
Wait what happened with Simu Lee?
David, you should watch Andor though.
no idea David was into short shorts
'i don't hate semen' in the timestamp 🤣
In the ending when you talking about asking questions I remember Jordan Peterson talk about stupid questions he said don’t ever be ashamed to ask stupid questions it’s the way to learn and grow.
if u happened to be around people don’t like stupid questions and get angry try to learn by yourself don’t let’s people tell you everything and don’t ask many stupid questions u will gets bunch in the face 😂 be more careful and respect.
in the end its all about the money
I know simu is in the upcoming barbie movie. Other than that I don't know any of his future projects 🙃
Semen Lube 😂😂😂
I totally agree! I’ve been obsessed with Chris Evans for many years and I’ve just come to the realization that he’s a typical white guy lols. I don’t like-like Chris Evans. I liked Steve Rogers. I liked Captain America and it bothers me that other characters he plays isn’t like Steve Rogers 😂😂😭😭
Also, I love Anthony Mackie and I’m so excited that he’s playing captain America now because again, I love Captain America lols
David is a prophet!
Lol every time Simu tweets something I’m already expecting David and Ed to roast him on the next episode. I did enjoy Shang chi but it’s what he says outside of his acting that has turn me off of him. He needs a better publicist
Phase 4 has made me drop mcu…I’m done. I only look forward to spiderman n batman.
Exactly, simu is the only Asian in the world lol.
Hey David can you please get Gina Darling as a guest again for old times sake? Are you still cool with her?
he should really come on here
But how do you know SL doesn't care about other Asians? Am I missing something? Sure, he may love the stardom of it al (acting/film) but that doesn't necessarily mean he does not care about others
Don’t wood Dave, I’ll hate simu for you lol.
But notice the actors not online are the best actors now lol. ..
