- Episode 11 in the series features my recent sit-down with Michigan cornerback Will Johnson, who returned to Behind the Uniform for the second time. The freshman All-American reflected upon his first year in Ann Arbor… from the tough love he received from Clinkscale, to gaining a bigger defensive role versus MSU, to facing his biggest challenge of the year versus Marvin Harrison and Ohio State. After recapping his starring role in the Big 10 championship game, attention turns to his NIL experience at Michigan and the launching of his Turnover Buffs branded apparel. Talk turns back to football and the mental The episode closes with a lengthy chat about spring ball and his observations about who’s standing out and where the team is improving. This young star is obviously from a great family - everything about him screams quality - he's a cerebral technician at the corner, along with size and athleticism. All of Michigan's 5 and high 4 stars have played huge roles early in their careers - this young fella falls right in line with that trend. GO BLUE!
Getting coached like that by clink must have definitely been reaffirming that his dad has been training him correctly his whole life

This upcoming Michigan team is gonna be the best Michigan team since the Lloyd Carr era.
Lloyd carr era was kind of a letdown outside of one possibly two seasons. Usually they would come in ranked high and lose a game they were not supposed to lose.

The good part of the Carr era was brought to you by Coach Moeller, Harbaugh has rebuilt a program after the destruction committed by Carr, Rodriguez and Hoke.
