#Caution
While Secondary boots up, if it doesn't detect Primary by VSS link, it becomes Active
When they are active-active, MAC addresses are same, so duplication happens 0008.e3ff.fc08
If Secondary becomes standby from primary, "redundancy reload shelf"
License must be same level
If IOS version is mismatch, it will also reboot like license mismatch
different by Sup720 VSS
1. switch virtual link must be Layer 2
2. switch set switch_num 1 local is not used
virtual domain must be different if VSS are in same subnet
