Deciding if a card is worth tokens seems so much harder now. Tokens are about to become extremely hard to come by so you probably don't want to spend them on a card like 2099 but at the same time, if you don't get him now you're at the mercy of whenever SD decides to put him back in a spotlight cache.
You will still get random series 4 (and theoratically also series 5) cards in normal caches. Plus one of the 4 cards in the spotlight caches is a random series 4 or 5 card.
i don't get why his ability is limited to the first time, if gambit can clear the opponent's board on turn 6 then 2099 should be able to destroy something everytime he moves
Because gambit has no power and requires setup. 2099 has power and needs basically no set up while in a deck with cards that get a lot of power and location versatility...
Not every time, but every time it moves to a location it hasn’t destroyed one before. Isn’t that what you understand the card to do reading the description? Am I crazy for thinking that?
Lately I've been using a Knull deck with Ghost Spider being one of the tech cards to YOINK my Venom to another location to throw them off at turn 5 then drop Knull back at the intial location. But now that we have 2099 who destroys a card. I wonder how can I make both of them work in this deck while still having a tricky Venom play🤔
Could you try some Move Bounce with Beast and 2099? Turn 5 you can Ghost Spider and Beast the same lane. Pulls Miguel there and then picks him up so you can drop them both the next turn.
If your play on turn 6 is gonna be Heimdall, then you can Wave on turn 5 so your opponent can only play one card to compete with how much power you're adding to the board. It's a more curve friendly Sandman, essentially.
You literally have a perfect example at 19:30 of why she is a good disruptive card. She prolly won the game by herself there when the enemy 100% was going to fill the entire table and win if wave didn't happened.
@@ManoloRibera070 “first time it moves to a location” why would I not assume every time it moves to a location (the first time) it would destroy a card there? I’m Theory it should be able to destroy three cards, right?
There's no point in worrying about that sort of stuff. Just spend the tokens on cards you would enjoy now. Eventually, you will own every card, especially with the new acquisition system coming out.
@@ManoloRibera070 in my experience Vulture and Torch just work more consistently dagger is too dependent on opponent for me and there’s a lot of decks that don’t play many cards to fill a lane right now. I’ve just never been big on her in my move decks
use a deck with all spiders
I’ve actually been using a deck with all spiders throughout this season got me from 40-80 rank and it’s quite fun
@@yeahthegoat9091deck list?
They need to rework spider man to make him a move card
@@CoffeeGrainreplying for the deck list also
@@PenguinPoo4246but spider-ham isnt also a move card
They should’ve added his across the spiderverse theme when 2099 ability procs. It would’ve been so cool 💀
yea agreed, but it would've been unfair to all the other cards and after awhile it would sound pretty boring

Tokens will have less value with how often we will be getting series 4/5 cards now, though.

Just get all 4 cards every time it pops up, easy
If your running a move deck its not that hard to decide
district X is one of the few locations that i dont think anyone would miss, atleast drawing from your opp deck can be pretty skillbased and enjoyable
yeah, even changing cards in turn 6 lets you use the stronger cards before turn 6, District X is just not fun
Damn hell of a release video! Love your stuff man!
You guys should do more collab. You all have great chemistry and are a delight to watch.
Thanks for the video!!! I really need that Gwen Variant xd
Love the character so despite his effect i was always gonna get him. But so far he has been fun hitting a hulk feels great.
How about Silk intead of Human torch? because of killmonger threat
Move deck is just very fun to watch
Who would silk replace?
Yessir HE AWAKENS FOR THE EARLY VID LETS GO just clocked out now I got S tier content to watch before bed
Why didn't 2099 also kill the aero at 2:10?
Spider man 2099 only kills one per game
"I will do it for content "
Also him:- f*ck the content😂
been wanting to make a deck w miguel, thanks for this!
Could you try making a strong guy dazzler deck?
If 2099 moves last turn to a Kingpin lane. Does the effect still fire off? If it’s just kingpin in the lane do they destroy each other?
Been having a good time with silk and kraven.
does this card works on a sera miracle type of deck ?
No aero is crazy. Wave aero wins so many games with move
Fun deck looks very fun to play with it

That just intrudes on Kingpin lol

5:37 why is he talking about fisting a Man ???? Lmao, but nice video

Got lucky with a chest just now and pulled spiderman 99 so going to definitely give this a try
wow Miguel O'Hara
SpiderVersus Deck please
fully clenched on enemy heimdall left. good heavens.
Wow I'll wait after waiting your vid
Just saw this card in game and I’m thinking iron fist Gwen and strange
Oh it’s time

My 2099 seems to have an unfortunate taste for Spider-Ham

No offense, but that honestly sounds like a very bad play. Why would you want to bounce Miguel?
miguel cannot trigger more than once per game
I am torn. I can get Jeff or Spider 2099.
I got 2099 I regret definitely jeff
Jeff for sure.....Jeff is a card you can use in almost if not all decks.....so deff get Jeff
If you play mov decks a lot spider 2099 for sure, however Jeff is WAY more versatile and consistent
I just don't understand the reason for wave in this deck
I think it's more to disrupt the opponent more than being used for his deck

3k, but you have to think can I get him for free when spotlight caches drop?
Didnt need to use my tokens just got him from a cache🤭
This would be fun to use but just getting absolutely annihilated by High Evo decks and other counter BS at Omega.
The text on the card is misleading
Nope, it does what it says. Not hard to grasp. First tcg?
