I have solved to fix glitch screen, you should use DDrawCompat by narzoul and it's working any older games.

How to download this game:
1) Download from My Abandonware Website.
2) Click where you see "6 MB size".
3) Full version only. (Included with Game Extras)
4) Install this game.
How to play this game:
1) Download "DDrawCompat by narzoul".
2) From "ddraw.dll" file move to main game folder.
3) Launch game.
**If you don't use it, sometimes made flickering screen at moment worse than original**
