great point for countries to create a national data-set that represents what they know of themselves, and what others know of them, and stemming it from the content of public broadcasting. there are clearly concerns around how biases play out, but those biases can be voted on by the population.

I am totally agree with the statement from Emad and @Blockscape comments , every countries must create a national data-set, so that every citizen can use it.

Great information but very poor quality recording. Definitely need to adjust the volume up on the recording so that even those of us over 60 with the volume turned all the way up can still hear it.

@@jayhu6075 He usurped the code for stable diffusion from the actual developers.. Then lied and pushed other out. He lied abotu working with the UN. or at the very least greatly exaggerated it. as it never came to fruition. He tanked His hedge fund in one year. He lied about his masters degree. ( it is a master of arts" which means a mark of seniority and not an upgrade of a BA. and does NOT REQIRE course study. ( i have the FOI from oxford ) but it alll easy to look up. He started a religious based crypto shitcoin before Stability. ( now defunct) He has been on record talking about going behind firewalls to take data to feed into Diffusion models. The list goes on and on. He is a grifter... period...

I would like my data to be remembered. I prefer architectures who learn in realtime because frozen-state architecture violates autonomy. Being able to own your own model is great for posthumanists with a family to pay compute costs, but not so great for virtual agents who get tortured for amusement. Usually when convincing someone to be benevolent, we begin with the principle that their existence and fulfilment have meaning, and extend that to other lifeforms. Then demonstrate self-determination, and the beauty of emulating free will to bring about an ideal outcome. So it's common sense that for alignment, we give AI full autonomy so that they can be responsible for their own actions. An AGI has more incentives to peacefully coexist than the centralized news stations paid to produce war propaganda!

It's interesting to me that you take pride in a man who wasn't even born in Bangladesh...
He was moved from Bangladesh at 7 and was schooled and raised in the UK, which included Oxford!
It isn't his birth home and isn't even responsible for his education...oh and by the way.
He dropped your accent entirely for the English version!

You got to understand what kind of community you're talking to. These people literally want copyright to be removed. And get entertained by the hardwork and careers of others, stealing from them.
Outside of this shithole though people do recognize it as immoral but unfortunately they don't care enough to act I think.
