Dislikes comes from those who have no Idea and education about who is Mona el Said, and people who has no idea abour Rags Sharqi, its origin, music styles and dances.
I think there is a very good chance that this was improvisation on the part of the musicians, following the general construct of a baladi taksim, I don't know of any other recording outside of the video.
