George would never have gotten himself involved with anything like that, his ego just wouldn’t have allowed it, and Pete MIGHT have done it, I guess I would have depended on what day you caught him , although his general opinions about me remained more or less consistent throughout the years, and when I met him in Soho a few months before he died, after I introduced myself to him he acted like a fan, which completely surprised, stunned and blew me away (and I’m not saying that for any other reason than it is just the truth)!! I never had any ‘problems’ with him, but for some unknown reason he and Gina seemed to have a love hate relationship, which I made a point out of staying completely uninvolved with!! You’re right though, it would definitely have been a ‘moment’ for sure!! So many different things should have/ could have/ would have been …never mind. 🌟
