It's always amazing seeing places I visited on TH-cam so I can show the wife. Colorado is the only state I've ever really felt at home love that place.

Thanks for the great footage! We ran all this the end of September but all my footage besides pictures are crap lol. IMO you ran the loop backwards, much more challenging the other way! It is scenic as heck either way. I am guessing you did not run Black Bear since you will be running Imogene backwards also. Black Bear is an absolute must and worthy of revisiting the area just to do it and say you did. It is not hard, just breathtaking. You need to run Poughkeepsie also. Our trip this year was to do all 6 BoH trails which we did. Next trip will be dedicated to the San Juans.
Thanks for watching we started in Canyonlands on the white rim trail which made EVERYTHING in Colorado seem a little less impressive. Then we hit Moab, then Ophir pass. Our black bear episode is next and our imogene episode is after that. If you haven’t seen those episode, check out our headed west playlist.
Isnt a smelter shack where they make pottery ? Bowels plates etc..🤷🏻♂️ and maybe if she isnt already ,have her go into low range and 1st gear to slow her down a bit , tell she gets a better throttle control 👍

Lol we’ve practiced that but she still only remembers the skinny pedal lol
