Wow! That's a lot of mold! I think I only have water damage and little to no mold because I'm in the dry southwest desert. We rarely have to deal with mold and never any rust.

Your channel has now become my 'go-to' channel. I have made repairs and upgrades on 2 RV travel trailers over the last 6 years and this is very helpful as I want to get a longer than 23' trailer with a better configuration for me.
I use my TT to go see the grandkids and heading south for a few winter months.
