This is 100% true, it's why my PC is all Japanese.. they may be worth like 50% of the price but they just looks so much cleaner and that's all I care about

that Pikachu looks awesome! lots of goodies in that box, I agree that the english EX don't hit as hard as Japanese EX. Don't think they'll ever change it.
I noticed that all those promos were very good competitively in the tcg . That alone makes me want to buy it. Plus some of those cards are rotating out of the standard format
But as a collector you want it to not be as popular now. You end up with the one of only x amount of copies of the special cards in the box release. This increases their value way more as there are less of them out there. They will eventually become sought after for that reason.
Cards printed in Japan (Japanese, Korean, and both Chinese) are better quality, more on center, more vibrant and colourful, more hits ánd cheaper. I started collecting Japanese aside English, but i might stop with English all together

I've been trying to get that Chinese Pikachu since the day I saw it, but I'm not paying $100 for just the card on eBay when the box itself is only supposed to be like $140ish with all the other promos and packs even.
Just got this pack then went to D&B played a few games went to the win zone and they currently have Pokémon cards there they had the classic 1st editions only 2 left got them and got some good pulls
