I just bought the TB6B on Amazon. It looks exactly like the one in the video except it doesn't say TB6B anywhere on it. Did I buy a knock-off or did you guys stop printing the model on it? Thanks
Im new to the world of RC and Lipo charging. I have two batteries Traxxas Lipo 11.1V 5000mAh 3S 25C and a HRB Lipo 11.1V 5000mAh 3S 50C. What would be the best charging and discharging setting for both batteries. Also the Traxxas doesn't have a balancing wire, but the HRB does, what would be the setting for balancing for that battery. Does TB6B have a auto shut off once the battery is full? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Alvin, For the best charging rate, we recommend between 3-5A. You can also take the capacity of the pack and divide by 1000 (ex 5000mAh/1000 = 5A). Now for the discharging rate, we don’t typically see users discharge LiPO batteries, but if you’re discharging it for storage you can use 0.5A-1A (1A is max discharge rate for charger). Traxxas prohibits most charger brands from having their connectors so in order to charge the HRB you will need an adaptor (we can help you find what you need if you reach out to us service@tenergy.com) if needed. Lastly, the TB6B does have an automatic-shutoff.

Tenergy Official yes it did. I guess If I am going to put a battery in storage mode I’ll have to do it early in the day, I need to know will to alarm when It reaches storage state like it does when charged

Hey There, this TB6B supports worldwide voltage so all you need to do is get a wall adapter. Unfortunately, our charger comes with a 2 prong outlet.

What is the best lipo charge mode balance or lipo charge auto?
Hi Nick, thank you for reaching out. Most of the time, Balanced mode is the safest way to charge your lipo packs. Hope that answers your question.

@@nsvaluto48328 For that pack, we suggest 1.25a and charging at .25c. This will very safely charge the battery in around 4 hours.

Yes but when I did it was full I had a problem with my Rc and time contrants could not run it to low battery status
