An arcade worker said to me that the cards sometimes form a bridge and they need arcade personnel to come and help out or else they will never come down. I had to have that done twice. The engineers should have more R&D and more trials on that machine so that the cards don’t bunch up.
Just went to Wildwood NJ and have to give a big thank you to both of you. We knew what games to play and when and as a result we hit numerous jackpots😊 Didnt spend much and the kid went home with really cool prizes! Thank you Angel and Chris

yeah happens a lot cause the cards are piling on top of each other so physics starts to come into play. That's also why the cards move back cause the cards in the back pull them back since they slide back.

I just went to Dave and Busters for my birthday and had dinner too! I was kind of let down because everything was all mixed up and not like the ones you show that are organized! Don't get me wrong I had fun but, kept having to search for the different games to play! I originally had 6640 points according to the card checker, but the checker only gave me 5200 in credits and she even saw 6640 at first read. Manager was no help so I guess I will have to deal with it ! I ended up getting 4 prizes on my own and my kids got me each a gift! My oldest got over 26000 tickets and they all had a blast except, my husband who doesn't like to play arcades. He only went due to my Birthday! thanks for all your tricks that I learned from watching you guys!
When the cards stack like this ask a staff member and they'll help push them down. My local R1 staffer said that the cards are still too new and just stick together. They said they're going to give it another month of play and then they're going to try soaking them in rubbing alcohol. LOL
Not only do the cards pile up like that, but on some machines the coins from the boss rounds come out so fast that they pile up on the top moving tray and cause the game to run out of coins... lol. Also honestly if you have this many cards piling up, after they drop I'd ask the staff to come over and check for stuck cards in the drop area, because I've had situations where there's like 10 cards stuck in the drop area that only came out when the staff opened the side panel and got their hand up in there to loosen stuff.
5:44 it keeps five cards on the left side and one card on the right. If you win more than five cards it adds them to the left, and if you win less than five it adds it to the right. But if you win one or five then it's already ready. 😊

didn't Angel look at a board/poster that said 8,9,10 was the rare cards and that you could hand in various smaller groups of cards for lesser amount of credits. do they not teach physics in American schools? as the cards are pivoting/falling back due to you only playing the left hand side. you needed to try and get the coins to push the 2 red balls that are behind all the cards to push the pack forwards.
Lol not everyone takes physics as a class alone and it's kinda difficulty for those of us in our 30s-40s to remember the physics we don't deal with daily. That said I'm not American (Canadian but we have similar school system. Ours is better, but the structure is similar enough that we don't have to worry about lost knowledge of moving from one country too the other. Anyhow, all that said, they do deal with it daily and they were starting to change their strategy because of it. Anyway, no hate or anything, I just didn't want you to have an even worse view of the American school system than there already is lol. Canada is better (hubby is American so I have direct third hand knowledge) but the US *does* teach physics lol.

The roulette wheel has 2-3 different speeds so you have to pay attention to which speed it’s going
