1) Kalu Waterfall Base point. 2) Ride to Saj By The Lake Resort, you should be able to find a broken path that leads to the banks of the lake. 3) When you cross MTDC’s property keep going straight all the way till you reach a small village. On that cross point of the village, chauraha, take the left and keep following the path. The road will get smaller and smaller but it leads to the banks of the lake - it’s quiet and secluded. This is my secret spot btw. When you reach the gao ka intersection and are not able to figure out. Ask any local there they’ll guide you. It’s a left from the intersection you won’t miss it since it’s a prominent place where all the inter city buses stop.
the road from mtdc to shivneri fort is a dream, i havent come across a better place around mumbai for someone wanting to cruise around on their bike on vacation. although i did not get to see 1, 2, or 3 i did stop by other spots near the lake 😅 i loved my 2 days there, very scenic. i did not know maharashtra had humungous mountains like that.
