    I have 2 questions:
    1) You said there are two ways to apply through Express Entry, how a person can get nomination from province before creating the profile?
    2) If going through Express Entry and gets Score below the CRS score than they will automatically apply in the PNP program or person needs to apply again for the PNP program and if nominated then he/she get the 600 points and can apply for PR. Please guide me in this???

Under Important points, point 3 you mentioned that provinces don't notify in advance for you to apply. Could you explain that point because one applies through a paper based or through express entry right? So where is the need for notification by the province ? And for which provinces is this valid?

    What if we come to one province via PNP but after couple months we could not find any job and we would like to move to another province?

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      P Putri,
      If you have been looking for a job related to your NOC Code and haven’t found one, you have right to look elsewhere as per “mobility Rights”, also confirmed at the official website of Canada Immigration:
      www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1113&top=6
      However, you will need to document all your job search activities during that period of time such as:
      * Proof of your job search and your rejection emails or letters
      * Proof of residence in the province (lease, etc) as well as your electricity and/or gas bills
      * Proof that you have or have requested the healthcard
      * Any other document that can prove your initial intent to stay in the province.
      Also, you should contact your province's immigration authorities and tell them about your intentions to move and your reasons why. You should do this because they will know sooner or later, as provinces keep track of their provincial nominees.
      I hope it answered your question.

  • @MrJinnraj

    Thanks Amerta for the video, it was extremely helpful. You mentioned we need to track PNP continuously since they open the window without notification hence do you think one can do the PNP process by self? It is extremely difficult to keep on tracking the website throughout the day. Kindly advise..

    • @kuriousminds2019
      @kuriousminds2019 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Jinesh,
      It would be hard to track each PNP program by yourself. If you are eligible for submitting an Express Entry Profile, your best bet would be to keep your interest open to 'All Provinces & Territories' and once you qualify for any program you would be automatically selected. The paper based PNP programs are the ones that need to be tracked continuously as they are the ones usually for 'first come, first served'.
      I hope this helps,
      Kurious Minds!

    Thanks for the informative video! The point at 4.28 is confusing. For example in Ontario they will not accept an application to pnp express entry if you dont have ircc exp entry profile and they will choose from EE pool and send NOI. They like only candidates with crs > 430. Can you please check on this point and update the info. Thanks

      @AmertaRoopani  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ShilpaRaju,
      My pleasure 🙏🏻😊
      Alberta also picks candidates itself from the EE pool so it’s necessary to have Express Entry profile in the pool for both provinces. This condition is already specified in the description box above because this is where we youtubers provide additional or missing information the day when we upload the video.
      Thank you for notifying this to me anyways :)

      You can apply to multiple PNPs at a time and yes, you can create EE profile at a time too. Also for certain provinces such as Ontario and Alberta, you need to have EE profile first in order to get nominated by them.

      If you have graduated at a Bachelor's degree or lower from any Canadian University, you need to apply within 3 years of graduation, but you will also need a valid job offer to qualify.
      If you have had a Master's or higher from a University located in B.C, then you don't need a job offer but still must apply within 3 years of graduation.

      Anthony Borges,
      To get settle on your own the minimum age requirement is 18 but in certain cases it could be lower too.
      So as per my knowledge, there is no age limit set by Canada immigration for any program. Even if you are 100 years old and fulfill the immigration criteria... all they would say is “Welcome to Canada” 🇨🇦😊

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As per IRCC you don't need to because 10 years have been passed. However, the immigration officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old. So..I would recommend you to obtain your police certificates for each country/territory where you (or a family member) have lived for 6 months or more in a row so that you are ready to submit them when requested by an officer in order to avoid future delays.
      Just FYI, You don’t need to give them police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

      When I bought it 2.5 years ago it was USD $999 plus tax but now the prices are lower, I guess $1059 (CAD) plus tax. My honest reviews about this machine are given in the video below:
      th-cam.com/video/03vN_uNC16A/w-d-xo.html
      Also, if you decide to buy it, use the following link (a referral code) to get discount. This link is given in description box too.
      rotimatic.com/order/?invite=YwQxYeQ3ae&
      Just so you know they have option of price payment in three instalments too (first instalment upfront and next two after 3 months each, I guess).

    Great job mam! I have few questions and hope I'll get answers for all of them.
    1) do I need to apply for express entry or non express entry PNP ( currently I am not holding any job offer from Canada however, i'm working as software engineer in India)
    2) after applying PNP, what is percentage of changes to get PNP from them.
    3) If we didn't get PNP, what would be the approach ( are they refund our amount or not)
    Thanks in advance.

      Thank you :)
      Answers to your questions:
      1) For Express Entry you don’t need a job offer from Canada as I mentioned in the video. However, if you have one, it is great! Since you are skilled worker and your work experience falls under A- skill level (Software Engineering) category so I would suggest you should apply through Express Entry because its actually designed for skilled people like you.
      2) I am not sure if I understood your question correctly but I assume you are asking for the chances of getting PNP. Well….its hard to know the percentage for getting PNP because every province has their own selection criteria.
      3) Applicants pay processing fees for the processing of their application rather than its outcome. Therefore, the processing fees are non-refundable once the processing of an application has begun, regardless of its outcome. So the answer of your question is “No”. The PNP processing fee is not refundable once they start processing it.
      I hope I answered all of your questions :)

    Hi thankyou so much to give the confidence that we can do it by out own. Getting calls from consultant & they are charging a lot as well trying to make us fool.
    One more favour please- is it necessary to the get the IELTS & need to send degree certificate first before applying or creating profile for PNP entry.
    One thing which did not understand what is PNP program is it also compulsory.

    Fantastic video and great information.. U r doing a great job.
    I have only one question suppose if my crs score is 350 do I have to opt for rural northern Atlantic qubec separately... Or will that Express entry profile automatically be opted towards everything?? Thanks and waiting for ur reply

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Anirudda Pal 🙏🏻 and I am glad that you found this video helpful.
      Answer to your question:
      Yes, you will have to apply separately for each program because each program has its own requirements and criteria.
      For example: Quebec doesn’t participate in any of these immigration programs (express entry, rural northern and Atlantic) because Quebec has its own immigration programs and you will have to apply accordingly.
      I will make videos on all of these programs near future to clear all the confusions.
      Hope I answered your question.
      Good luck!

      It depends.. if your CRS score is around 470 then express entry is the best option for you but if your CRS score is below 450 then I would suggest to apply for PNP.

    "Provinces don't notify in advance in order for you to apply"
    Could you provide more details on this please? It is applicable only to those provinces who have their own system right? Because most of the provinces select profiles from EE pool itself.
