▷ Graduated from Keio University School of Medicine. After working in the medical department, he went to the United States to further his research and studied at Harvard University and Stanford University.
After studying abroad for a year and a half, he has published papers in the world-renowned British scientific journal "Nature" and the American scientific journal "Science", and is a world-renowned ophthalmologist.
After returning to Japan, he opened the "Ophthalmology Kajiwara Eye Care Clinic" in Kinshicho.

いつも貴重な動画をありがとうございます。専門的な知識を分かりやすく教えていただき感謝しております。地方に住んでいるので先生のような凄いドクターに出会うのは難しく、この動画は私にとり聖書のやうな感じです。緑内障末期(左は３割程、右は半分ほどの視野)、視神経の炎症の既往、強膜炎の既往、ドライアイなど厄介な患者です。現在ルミガンを一日一回処方されていますが、緑内障、白内障の手術を２年前にしましたが、それ依頼視力がグン落ちました。なかなか眼圧が18前後からさがらず飲み薬を２年続きまさしたが、カリウム低下で止めました。失明を避けたいと願っていますが、不安です。…

自分とそっくりな人がいるもんだな…と聴いていたところ、以前自分がコメントしたものでビックリしました💦🤣自分の質問に先生が答えてくださるなんて嬉しかったです✨😂ありがとうございます。
30代で予備軍と診断され経過観察で定期的に眼科に通っていましたが、そのうちやはり緑内障になってしまい、点眼治療を始めて現在は50半ばなので15年以上になると思います。途中喘息になったため今はタプロスとアイラミドを使っていますが眼圧が下がらなくなってきたため昨年一度レーザーを受けましたが効果はなく、次回の診察で下がっていなければ手術になると言われ、思い切ってセカンドオピニオンするべきかなと悩んでいます。

いつも動画を拝見しています。一年くらい前に緑内障と診断されて点眼開始しました。最初からエイベリスが処方されました。動画内で何度かエイベリスは第一選択薬には向かないというお話があったので何故なのか不思議に思っています。眼圧は11〜15程度です。初回の眼圧は15で2週間後の検査で12だったので効いてはいるようです。

梶原先生、いつもとても参考になる動画と見解をシェアしてくださってありがとうございます。動画を見て、去年から緑内障の定期検診に行くようにしました。今回のガジラさんのコメント、まさに私も感じていました。今までに3回ハンフリー視野検査を受けましたが、担当の先生には「まぁ、ラーニングカーブがあるから…」と毎回微妙な顔で言われます。きっと私もへたっちーな人なんだと思います。そこで質問なのですが、OCT検査でわかるのであれば、視野検査ってそれでも必要なのでしょうか？

緑内障と診断されてから先生の動画に出会い拝見させていただいております。
私の場合点眼薬2種類を処方されているのですが、アゾルガとエイベリスで点眼の順番としてはエイベリス→アゾルカが良いのでしょうか？
実は病院と薬局の指示が違ってて
病院の先生の言う通りにはしているのですがそれは逆なのです。
