I no longer will buy new, prices are finally coming down but I say atleast $10k over what they should be. Hopefully people stop feeding into the hype, literally Dodge has been selling the same damn car for what 20 years 😂 All they do is add more power and add more to the MSRP 😂
You get all the credit for all of these situations coming to light. Why have you not picked up more subscribers? It blows my mind. Keep up the good work. You ate very thorough in your videos and how you report on these shady dealerships.
The General Managers think of themselves as being equal too or bigger than the owners and as long as the money keeps coming in they are never questioned. Then you found out what was going on and spread the word about it to other TH-camr's and like a singe stone into the middle of a still pond the ripples kept getting bigger until they reached the shore. Then the investigations started and even more came stories came out. You are all heroes. Not just to the victims but to the rest of us and perhaps some of the owners who are tied to the dirty deeds and never knew it. Tim Kiniskis and Stellantis are doing their part. The dealers who did things right should be mentioned for their good deeds.
CDJR dealers is why I just bought a Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro. I dont see myself ever owning a Jeep again. I bought the 4 Runner and it was simple clean upfront deal. No nonsense buy.
I got screwed on the purchase of a 2023 Dodge Durango SXT at a Vermont Dealership. They shafted me on my Challenger trade in and they screwed me on an overblown price as well as interest rates.
Arrigo Sawgrass has a black demon 170 listed for 114k on autotrader then in a day the price went up 90k. I removed it from my watch list now they have a sublime green 170 for 119k I couldn't imagine trying to get it then the same happen to me wow
At what point does the blame fall to the dudes allowing themselves to get scammed? Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me! NEVER buy or sell sight unseen! If you order a vehicle take a notary republic with you to hold the dealer’s to their word.
I have a concern working with a dealer long distance because they might think you are over a barrel having seent time and $$ to get there and then they could change the price. I'm not even sure getting a commitment in an email would protect the buyer. I'm looking at some listings that make me think they are this good just to bait a buyer. My thinking is to show up ready to buy and hopefully they will honor the price. Could be frustrating.
I certainly hear you. I've bought 3 vehicles long distance, 3-4 hours away, and got good deals on them, and I've completed the deal in person. The only real issue was because it was a bank holiday, one dealer couldn't confirm my credit union loan, so they had me do their financing to take it that day. But I ended up financing through my credit union anyway since they didn't process the loan right away. One time I even got a better deal after I got there!
If you are in contact with Tim Kiniskis tell him that his designers need to get their heads out of their a$$ and stop screwing up the body style on new Chargers. They got it right in 1969 and they should emulate that car like they did with the new Challenger and the original.
Pronounced Ahh-Re-Go… I got my last two vehicles from sawgrass. but yea this is messed up, no dealership should tax extra on the hardworking class… and to lie and lie and lie says a lot about their character. 🤦🏾♂️
Arrigo knows they need to make it right. They are one of the largest CDJR dealerships in South Florida and their commercials run all the time. The bad publicity would hurt them real bad.
Welp. Guess I’ll look elsewhere for my muscle car. Too much shadiness at these dealers. Dodge needs to step in and put the hammer down or else it will continue.
This will keep on happening until the manufacturer penalizes the dealers. The two most unflattering looks are desperation and greed.
The dealerships are the car manufacturers customers so nothing will be done. It’s up to consumers to make bad dealerships pay for their scumbaggery…
Tim Kuniskis condones this behavior

They sold him a Demon for only 125,000 over, which is how they made it right, lol.

Variable GM is over sales and finance but not service. Regular GM is over all 3.
Keep up the good work 🧈
Welcome to da Butterhood of muscle!
Somehow i am lucky enough to live close to steve white dodge in nc. No bs at all, no fees, just great people to deal with

I walked into CDJR dealership that had two jail brakes and couldn't even give me a break on the MSRP.

Love seeing David beat Goliath
Fitting name for the car cause The Demon iz bringing the devil out of dealers..... sad
Sounds like this customer was a fool. You can not fix stupid.
Seen that the new mustang gdr is already being marked up passed its insane 300k msrp already
I think this goes deeper. Then these dealerships
Considering challengers arent worth 100k to begin with... I'd say a 25k markup is pretty bad dude.
Bad management and salespeople being fired!
Now doesn’t that just Butter your biscuit!
Lol
