And Narine, she mostly goes with it even though she has her own stubborn side, yet we know she can't get enough of Jace and his outlawish ways. Here is another example of progression in our society that you apparently missed. Today there are no women, only "persons that have monthly period" or "persons that have a womb". If you do not believe me look up why J. K. Rowling got cancelled.
