I can't fault them , Leeteuk and Heechul , for how they behave around each other ( polite , a little banter here and there , but still a bit awkward ) if you've been working for more than a decade with someone who is the complete opposite of your personality you gotta make it work somehow and I guess that's how they make it work . To me , it shows how much they value their group , they're not super fond of each other but they want to make it work not just for them but for everyone in the team . That's pretty professional .
