Hate that stuff regardless of brand. Different brands and versions of each have been the same.
Everyone experiences the effect of these "preps" differently, and the greatest change in effect for me was after losing 90+ pounds. The only change I've made since, is chugging the whole thing in one go (Yep, both doses. Past versions of instructions for the same formulation(s) had the patient doing this already).
Pro Tip: After speaking with two of my practicing gastroenterologists, the whole, 'you have to be clean as a _______, and that you might be refused the procedure is amusingly a bunch of 'shit'. They don't prefer patients to be 'packed in'. However they and their instruments allow for ducking past or moving any chunklets or lost socks. It's common for patients to still have remnants of that 'pot' roast or fruitcake or socks😅 left 'behind'.
