At this time she was insecure because she knew she wasn't the fan favorite and at this performance in other videos you can hear dumb perrie solos only cheering her etc. She isn't shy , she just didn't know how to handle racist fans and feeling like fans didn't want here there. Thankfully she got passed that since about 2017 and she is more confident than ever.
I agree. She definitely has stage fright at times. For this performance though it was probably because she didn't practice the falsetto high note (because they hadn't performed touch for a long time). You can tell when she's by herself (virtual touch acoustic/ singing at home), she's more confident.
