@@CodeHacker278 try registering the card on the website listed on it. Note that it has to be the exact same info on your paypal and then link the card to your paypal. That's how I was able to solve my problem.
Going through Christmas nightmare with Walmart gift card mailed and never received by family member in another state. It’s locked and Walmart will not transfer balance to a replacement card. Don't buy gift card with cash! They can disable it if they suspect a fraudulent transaction! You won't be able to prove that you bought it because you didn't provide any personal info when you bought it! So your money goes bye bye! But when you bought it with credit or debit card they can match your ID with their transaction record that will be traced back to you.

PayPal doesn't allow that anymore. Some cards you can send the funds to a second account or to someone you trust and then they transfer the funds but you can't do it directly to your account

To link your card to paypal just download the paypal app, sign up while giving it the information of your card and make sure the billing address is the same as your visa card. Then once that's done your card should be linked to paypal so whenever you wanna buy something online and it has the option of paypal, click on it, hope that helps!

Prepaid credit/gift cards don't allow you to buy monthly subscriptions. You'll need an actual credit card for that.

i'm only 16, and i just got my visa giftcard today. i'm trying to buy 3 orders of earrings on etsy and when i entered everything in, it said my order was confirmed!! think its good, right? i go to check the reciept through email, and it says that my purchases couldnt be completed, and said they were cancelled :( i didn't go over the limit or anything, it was just $94.00 from my $100 giftcard... im so confused and am kinda fretting.. i even went to the website on the back of my card, entered the information but it ended up saying there was some sort of error at the top..and i even re-loaded a couple times. i did the same thing with my purchases, maybe if i were to order them individually, it wouldnt mess up? but the same thing happened again :( i really dont know what i did wrong..what do i do....?? :((

the visa gift card i was given doesn't have any numbers on the back of it, not the three numbers but the yellow and sliver stripes, there's no number there and above it it says "AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE NOT VAILD UNLESS SIGNED" and there's nothing there, also my expiration date is not working, it is 4/30, any help with this? I'm not sure what to do
