    이 방법이 정말 오래갑니다
    6개월 이상? 1년?
    저도 매년 햇마늘 나올 때 소주만 빼고 이렇게 보관을 하고 있습니다
    그런데 시간이 오래지나면 습기가 생기면서 마늘이 하나 둘씩 썩기는 합니다
    그래서 더 오래 두고 먹으려면 중간에 키친 타올을 갈아주어야 합니다
    보관은 냉장고 맨 아래 칸이 온도가 적당하다고 해서 맨 아래칸이나 두벌째 칸에 보관을 하고 있습니다
    키친타올에 소주를 뿌려서 보관하면 중간에 킨친타올을 갈아주지 않아도 괜찮을까요?

      쪽을분리해서(껍질은 까지않고) 그늘에 이틀정도 말리고 영상과 같이하면 더많은양을 보관할수 있어요

    저는 마늘 구입하면 양파망보다 구멍이 훨씬 큰 해산물 넣었던 망에 넣거나 아니면 소쿠리에 담아 바람이 잘 통하는 선반에 보관하다가 김장 전 10월~11월 경에 마늘을 다시 점검해서 상한 것, 마른 것 있으면 쪽 내서 가려내고 그렇지 않은 것은 통째로 밀폐용기에 키친타월 대신 신문지를 깔고 마늘 넣고 신문지 깔고 습기가 많이 차므로 방습제 실리카겔 모아 두었던 것 몇 개씩 넣어 주고를 반복해서 채운 후 김치냉장고에 보관합니다. 작년 10월에 널어 두었던 거 아직까지 말짱하고요. 습기가 있어서 물에 담가두지 않고도 껍질이 쉽게 잘 벗겨집니다.혹시 살짝 얼어있더라도 마늘 알까지는 얼지 않더라고요. 저는 마늘 많이 먹으면서도 찧어서 냉동보관하는 것 싫어해서 해마다 이렇게 보관하면서 그때 그때 찧어서 사용합니다.

    마늘 까서 씻지 않고 그대로 비닐백에 넣은 다음 지퍼백에 다시한번 넣어서 김치 냉장고에 보관하면 오래 갑니다

    남자지만 저의 보관법을 말씀드리자면, 그냥 다 까서 분쇄기에 넣고 분쇄 후 냉동실에 넣습니다. 어차피 으깬마늘을 많이 쓰지 않나요?? 으깬 마늘을 각얼음 판에 넣고 얼린 뒤 필요시마다 꺼내 씁니다. 제 어머니가 그리 하셨었죠. 이게 최고~~~~
